Marc was excellent great friendly service

Tracker fitted through RS CONNECT job was done to a high standard very tidy and once completed I would have thought it was fitted at the factory. Marc was the technician he knows his job straight to the vehicle no messing. I watched Marc as he worked fitting the tracker he explained what was going on. Brilliant job very tidy. Marc gave 110% has respect for the customer.

This is the 3rd time we have used RS and they have been brilliant every time. Today was wet to say the least but Peter turned up and completed the install with the help of a large umbrella even with a challenge during the install. Left the car clean and everything working as expected, I would highly recommend RS from the booking with Charlotte, the communication and finally the install.

I was recommended to use RS Connect to get my dashcam fitted. They came exactly when they said they would and were very friendly and efficient and also ensured it was set up to my requirements. Would definitely use again !

The RS Connect appointment arrangements worked well and Marc arrived as expected. He took great care to do a proper job and was very pleasant to deal with. Couldn’t ask for more as a customer.

Brilliant service from RS Connect. I was kept up to date about my dashcam fitting appointment, regular emails and texts and able to track the location of the engineer on the day.

Marc did a fantastic job with the fitting, very neat and tidy and a lovely person to deal with. I would recommend RS Connect to others.

The service engineer was brilliant, right on time, his tracker system was very accurate. Very polite and informative.. can I please ask that if engineers cannot make an appointment the customer needs to be told, that was experience my experience .

Marc installed my dash cam on a very cold day but took time to warm up the car to avoid damaging any trim.
Front and rear were installed perfectly, without a single wire left visible on an EV he was unfamiliar with. I wasn’t even present at the time.
Only downgraded from 5 stars to 4 as my wife signed the hardwire choice form to consent to a switched connection (which I didn’t want) when in fact a permanent live connection (which I did want) had been done. This caused me some confusion. The consent form should have been presented and explained beforehand rather than at the completion of the installation.

Marc just fitted a front and rear dash cam he was bang on time and did a absolutely fantastic job, he set up the dash cam for me can’t tell where he has been left everything tidy would highly recommend this company and Marc for fitting of dash cams fantastic

A really nice, tidy install (as far as I can see). Time will tell whether the system is performing as expected.

Why 4 stars as opposed to 5? Despite staying well beyond the allocated time, the engineer was unable to get the system recording and paired with my phone. That may well be beyond the scope of the install service I purchased, so I'm not unhappy, but I would have hoped for a bit more knowledge on the specific product to help me complete my part of the install.

Very quick service, kept up to date with arrivals etc.
The only problem was the full installation couldn’t be done on the same day because of the rain and no follow up message to rebook appeared, so i had to chase you up myself.
Also you can’t email or text back with any message you have to call back

This morning my son had a dash cam fitted front and rear by Marc from R/S Connect. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received along with his professionalism on the installation. He took the time to explain and set up the device for me . Marc was very sociable and got on with the job and explained as he went along if he needed my decision on the job.

We were given an am time slot. We rang just before 9 this morning to see if everything was on schedule. The lady contacted the fitter but no reply. We rang you again at 12 and was told he would be with us in an hour or two. I had to get a taxi costing £20 from an appt at 3:30. I got a call at 3:15 to say he was 20 minutes away and he arrived at 4pm. It was not this fitters fault apparently someone called in sick.
No one from your company contacted us today to give any real time update. That’s poor customer service, communication is paramount.
The filter was great, your service was poor.

Marc came on time, very pleasant especially as working outside in minus 3 degrees. Marc showed & explained how the Nextbase 622 front & rear cameras worked. I’m proud of my vehicle & when he had finished you couldn’t tell where he had put the cables etc were. A man who takes pride in his work
