It was easy to arrange a visit and Garry Thompson was thorough and helpful and checked the chair for issues.

Wonderful service by Gary Thompson. He repaired the chair and checked it thoroughly to check for further repairs required. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely lovely repair guy, went out of his way to come urgently and early in the morning to fix my mum’s broken wheelchair so she could go on her weekly day out. Broken wheel was fixed and working in no time. Thank you so much! Brilliant service!

Ross care repaired my wheelchair today.They contacted me to say they were on their way.The guy who came was polite and respectful and did a very good job.Sebastian was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing to my chair.

I would give zero if possible. Wheelcjair repair lines waiting for over 4 0 mins, no further than 6. Previous attempts after similar waits , I was met with staff not able to use computer system to book wheelchair repair and didn't ring back for days. You'd do better using gaffer tape and glue than relying on these

Gary Thompson from Ross Care Wheelchair service came out today and was outstanding very professional, he quickly understood and resolved the issue in under an hour meaning I'm able to get around safely again and not worried about breaking down anymore really recommend him

The best service i have ever experienced since we are with Ross care Gary Thompson took such a good care of my son weelchair and made sure befour he came to text me and ask about the issue and send him pictures with the lable of the part that needed to be fixed so when he came could actualy fix it and not having to go for another apointment . I realy apretiate the care and passion he puts into his job . I recoment Gary Thompson 100% .

Your representative, Terry, was very helpful in first helping me find the broken foot plate, before mending it. He was a pleasant chap to welcome into our house, and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Our son's wheelchair was unusable as a main back strut had snapped completely. Terry from Ross Care came round within 40 minutes of our call and our son was back using the chair within 2 hours. He also tightened the brakes and identified other issues that he will resolve within the next couple of weeks. This is an NHS service.

We had a problem with our wheelchair while on holiday in Cornwall. Sean from Ross Care arrived later the same day and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Also gave us useful advice on how to fix the problem ourselves in future.

He was very friendly and done the repairs in very professional way . Thank you .

Gary Thompson was great. Called 1.5hrs advance to check a time of visit was convenient to come fix my wheelchair. Arrived at a time agreed with tools in hand and knew exactly what needed to be done, checked that I could still use the chair with the completed repair before he left and assured me that he could visit again if the adjustments weren’t right. Good communication, professional, friendly and didn’t have to wait around all day wondering what time someone would turn up.

We had a repair visit from Sean Taylor today. He phoned before the appointment to confirm his arrival time. He was polite, efficient and tidy. He showed us the work he'd done and how to adjust the straps etc. Thanks Sean.
