Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any confusion regarding the new customer introduction voucher.
Please note that this voucher does have a minimum spend requirement of £500, which is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions on our website. If your order did not meet this threshold, the voucher would not have been applied at checkout.

Very poor delivery
Made an order on the 11th December 2025 with a delivery date given by the 22nd December. Later got told that delivery would not be till the 6th January. Told them to cancel and asked for refund as would be in hospital on 7th with 4 weeks recuperation. Delivery turned up 4.30pm on 6th January, day before op. Refused delivery as I had cancelled. Wont give refund and now want to charge another £100 for re-delivery.

The original delivery date provided was an estimate, and due to delays outside of our control, the delivery was rescheduled for 6th January. The order was dispatched and delivered on that date as advised.
We have attempted to contact you directly to discuss this matter and resolve it, but unfortunately have not yet been able to speak with you.

I ordered some roof metal sheets and never received them, 1,5 months since then and they also refuse to refund my money back.

misleading delivery information
Delivery took longer than the advertised 4 days, Wrong item sent and replacement item will take over month to arrive, disappointing service and poor communication.

Had exactly what I needed
Had exactly what I needed.
Fast delivery, arrived when they said it would.
Unfortunately one of the ridge tiles was broken in transit. I emailed them that evening and they replied first thing thing the following morning and couriered a replacement that day. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Placed an order on the 28th and still not received it yet (8th) or had any updates whatsoever. If id have known it was going to take this long, I wouldn't have ordered from them.

A tale of two chimney cowls
I ordered two chimney cowls online. The transaction was just as you would want - trouble free. And so was the delivery - the package (the two items were securely stowed in a robust, branded cardboard box) arrived exactly when promised; I received two updates from the courier DX Express in advance and then a confirmatory email post delivery.
