I wore these Dickies Everyday Bib and Brace once for a work day. When I took the item off I noticed that the stretch area at the back of the bib was starting to become detached from the material it was sewn on to. These overalls will not last more than a week at this rate and are not fit for purpose.
I have always had a positive experience dealing with ADHD Certify over the last year. My only concern is the lack of consistency with medication review personnel. I think I have now seen 5 different staff members. Each time I have requested a review I have been told the member of staff is no longer available. Annisah was my most recent reviewer and she was excellent. It is just a bit concerning regarding staff retention and to make med reviews easier it would be better being able to see the same person I think.

You are absolutely right to highlight the importance of consistency in medication reviews. Continuity of care matters, particularly when it comes to something as important as prescribing and monitoring medication.
In late 2024, ADHD Certify transitioned into new management. Since then, we have taken significant time and care to review our clinical structure and ensure we are delivering the highest possible standard of patient care. Part of that process has involved making sure we are working with clinicians who are aligned not only clinically, but culturally. Particularly around patient experience, communication and safety standards.
We recognise that this period of change did result in some clinician turnover, which may have affected continuity for some patients, including yourself. While these changes were made to strengthen the service long term, we understand how this can feel unsettling from a patient perspective.
The positive news is that we now have a much stronger and more established medication team in place. Our prescribing structure is significantly more stable, and our focus moving forward is on improving consistency so that patients are able to see the same clinician wherever possible.
We are also pleased to hear that you had a positive experience with Annisah! We will be sure to pass that feedback on.

Made an order on the 11th December 2025 with a delivery date given by the 22nd December. Later got told that delivery would not be till the 6th January. Told them to cancel and asked for refund as would be in hospital on 7th with 4 weeks recuperation. Delivery turned up 4.30pm on 6th January, day before op. Refused delivery as I had cancelled. Wont give refund and now want to charge another £100 for re-delivery.

The original delivery date provided was an estimate, and due to delays outside of our control, the delivery was rescheduled for 6th January. The order was dispatched and delivered on that date as advised.
We have attempted to contact you directly to discuss this matter and resolve it, but unfortunately have not yet been able to speak with you.
We are keen to resolve this and would be great if you could contact us directly so we can get this sorted.
Do not pay this company by bank transfer. I have not received my £1000 order or a refund. It seems to be a theme on Trustpilot reviews with previous customers not getting goods or refunds. No reply to emails or Telephone calls. Avoid. Update 10th Feb 2022. County Court judgement requested against Renugen via Small claims Court for £1100.00.
