Poor service
Poor service. Ordered GRP hardener, some brushes and an edge strip to the value of £80 and paid almost £90 for fast delivery as required urgently. Almost 7 days after my order and it still hasn’t arrived. Never received a call back as promised. Tracking says out for delivery every day but never comes.

I'm really sorry to hear about the experience you've had — this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.
I can see how frustrating it must be, especially after paying for fast delivery and needing the materials urgently. We apologise for the delay and for not returning your call as promised — that's on us, and we will be addressing it internally.
We’re currently investigating the issue with the courier, particularly why the parcel has been showing “out for delivery” without arriving. As soon as we have clarity, we’ll update you right away. If the order cannot be delivered immediately, we will arrange an alternative solution and issue a part refund for the delivery cost.

Short expiry date on cartridge of Lead Sealant
The lead flashing sealant had less than 6 months of use which was not acceptable. I would have had to pay an additional fee to return the single cartridge to Roofing Outlet.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shelf life on the lead flashing sealant.
Just to clarify, these sealants never come with more than a 6-month shelf life from the manufacturer, and the item you received was new stock. We completely understand how this can still feel frustrating, especially when purchasing a single cartridge.
Regarding the return, our policy follows standard industry practice, but we appreciate that return costs for a low-value item can be inconvenient. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’re more than happy to review the situation and see what we can do to help.

Velux windows at a good price and quick delivery
Ordered Velux integra windows for our barn conversion. Quick delivery, as stated on the website, and one of the cheaper places to buy from. They arrived direct from Velux so no issues with quality. We did have to return one as we ordered the wrong size, which needed to be chased up after the supplier failed to get in touch, but collected soon after

I ordered three items only one came and it took over 1 month to get a refund for items that never arrived . Back and forth with emails trying to claim my refund . As a commercial construction company i will never purchase of this company again
