Rude and arrogant delivery guys.
Very bad language skills (probably only 4 grades graduated).
No support over phone or email to complain.
Answers like "not my problem", "can send it bad to sender", "we have better things to do".
On one of the two occasions I used them I actually watched them destroying another guy's stroller by throwing it around and literally not giving a f@#k.

Foarte dezamăgită de serviciul oferit de aceasta companie. Am primit un telefon dimineață la ora 8 sa ne întrebe de detalii legate de adresa. Am întrebat când vin, au spus două ore. Sun la ora 2 și îmi spun că ajung intr o oră. In sfârșit au ajunsa ora 6 seara. Ce i drept la o oră mai acceptabila că data trecută când a ajuns la ora 11.30 noaptea. Cu siguranță mi as fi plănuit ziua altfel daca știam că va veni după amiaza. Macar nu mai incercati sa mințiți când vine vorba de oră de livrare. Și dacă asta nu ar fi suficient șoferul a fost foarte nepoliticos; de zici ca l am deranjat că ne a adus pachetul. Am incercat sa i explic cum sa iasă la strada principala și mi a răspuns foarte sec că o au pe Margareta care le spune străzile. Asta luând în considerare ca Margareta nu știa să i aducă inițială casa mea. Atitudinea acestui bărbat m a făcut să mi fie frica sincer sa mai apelez vreodată la serviciile dvs. Sincera sa fiu nu sunteți singura companie de colete; așadar mulțumesc pentru acest ultim pachet, iar azi ați pierdut cel puțin un client.

Waited 1 week for an appointment, told me the driver would call and nobody called. They don't even care. There goes my Christmas present. I would definitely NOT recomment

My wife's family in Romania used this company to send a package to us.

They said it would arrive in 3-5 business days, during normal business hours. They delivered it at 1:30 am on a Sunday night (technically, Monday morning) – and told us that if we didn't accept it then, they wouldn't deliver it at all. What is more, they had my 5-months pregnant wife carry it across the street. The package weighted 16 KG.

When they arrived, they drove dangerously fast through a residential neighborhood, and they made a huge crashing noise that woke the entire street up. (Bear in mind, this was 1:30 am on a Sunday night.)

This company is a joke.

I have a very bad experience with this romanian company:
1. I booked online the retrieval of some packages from Paris to be brought to their local branch in my home town in Romania at 1,2 euro / kg. The personnel that retrieved the packages were very very rude with my relatives from Paris telling also that the total weight is different even if they didn't physically made the weight (80 kg instead of 64 kg) and the price is 1,50 euro because it was requested to be brought to the home address ( not true, I have the email of confirmation from the company). The packages arrived after 5 days to the local branch; we weighted ( 64 kilos) and the price 1,50 euro. After I threatened to call the authorities they dropped the price to 1,30 euro. I wonder who is checking these people... On their website the price is 1,20 euro as I showed also to the their representative.
Is not about the money but the principle.
2. I've sent a car from Belgium to my home town. When the car arrived to the destination they requested additional money to unload the car ( even if I gave them already an additional 20 euro at the departure).

After my personal experience with this company I would not recommend it to any of you.
