First time i have sent a parcel with them and LAST time!! They came at midnight to pick it up and its been 7 days and it hasnt arrived even thought i payed them 35 pounds for a 6kg parcel. I called them and they couldnt even reach the driver. So they couldnt even inform be about where my parcel is. My mom had to cancel all her things just to be home and be able to collect it. No tracking device, no nothing!! AVOID this company! The worse.

Nu folosiți compania asta de transport colete/persoane . Cei mai jegosi , de la șofer pana la centralisti. Și prostituatele de la call-center se rostesc la tine și îți Închide telefonul. Tu suni sa intrebi de pachetul tău și muistele se rostesc la tine.

Worst company and worst customer service. I am pregnant in 9 months and I stay up the entire night to wait for them and they keep changing the delivery time from 2 am to 4 am and to 7 am.
Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.

Called 2:30AM and because I was sleeping they took the parcel back to Romania. When I called the headquarters a very rude lady named Dana said I should of answered and waited in the street for the delivery.
Last time I paid for this type of service!
There are other companies which I will try in the future.

Voi scrie în română pentru că este vorba despre o companie românească.
Am încercat să trimit un colet din Belgia în România. Am contactat call center-ul Romfour şi am discutat despre ce vreau să trimit în ţară, preţul,etc. Am explicat fetei care a răspuns la apel că este vorba despre o bicicletă pentru adulţi, deci clar nu-i un pachet mic.
Am urmat indicaţiile primite: demontare roata din faţă, alinierea ghidonului cu axul bicicletei. Am fost de acord cu preţul comunicat şi am făcut rezervarea pentru transport.
Am obţinut o cutie pentru ambalat biciclete pentru adulţi. Am ambalat bicicleta şi apoi peste câteva zile am fost contactat de un şofer ce urma să vină şi să preia coletul. A sosit la adresă în cursul serii aşa cum agreasem apoi surpriză...
- Noi nu transportăm biciclete fără să fie ambalate, nu o putem lua.
- Bine dar nu este aceasta bicicleta în cauza ci cealaltă, din cutie. Este deja ambalată conform indicaţiilor primite de la Romfour.
- Este prea mare cutia. Asta costă mai mult...
Bineînţeles că nu am fost de acord cu mărirea sumei. Nu imi place genul acesta de abordare.
După ce şoferul a vorbit cu şeful lui, mi-a dat telefonul să îmi explice şeful că banii ceruţi în plus nu sunt pentru şofer, că apar în factură, şi altele... asta era problema lui că banii nu ajung la şofer... plata clientul o face si cred că nu este în regulă ca preţul să fie schimbat deoarece soferul nu este de acord cu preţul oferit de colega lui din call center.
Consider că nu este o firmă serioasă ci mai degrabă încurcă lumea...un mod urât de a oferi servicii către potenţialii clienti.
Nu recomand nimănui această companie.

This company should not exist. I feel sorry that I didn’t read the other reviews on time.
I live in UK and I booked with Romfoor 3 weeks in advance to send some parcels from Swiss to Romania. They assure me that a driver will pick my items on the day we agreed so I booked a hotel and a return flight. They supposed to pick the items Sunday. They give me a time between 2am and 5am but this is nothing from what was next. I woke up early, keep an eye on the phone and at 2 am tried to call the driver. No answer at all so I tried every half an hour till 6am and nothing. I managed to talk with him at 8am and he said “oh, my van had broken down and there will be another driver on Wednesday” I was scared because on Wednesday I had my flight return to UK. The flight was at 17pm . He calmed me that definitely someone will pick up everything in the morning. I called the secretary of the company and she told me that somebody will pick up the parcel (which they were many ) on Wednesday. When I called on Tuesday morning there was another secretary which told me that the parcels can actually be picked up even earlier and she suggest me that I should call in the afternoon. I called and there was someone new and extremely rude telling me that she cant promise that there it will be someone to pick the items. I tried to explain to her that I don’t live in Swiss and I had a booking with them and the driver didn’t turned up and you know what she said?! That the driver tried to call me and I didn’t pick up the phone and because I didn’t pick up the phone the driver left. They are miserable and now if I pronounce their company name to me it sounds like this ROM from Gipsy(and I’m not racist) and four (in French 4) from FUR which sounds like stealing

Actually now I’m not that angry. Imagine if that driver turned up and everything was ok. Me paying for the Items to be transported and imagine not to receive any of them
The worst delivery company ever
The worst delivery company ever. I made an appointment a week before the departure. I called them once again during that week to make sure they will come to take my package and everything was fine. I stayed home on that Saturday to wait but the driver didn't come or call. I tried to call but it didn't work. On Monday I called them again just to being told that the driver couldn t arrive in that area and the next departure is after 2 weeks considering that I leave the country in one week left. I would never recommend it.

If you want rude people to talk to you and to keep the phone ON between 1 AM - 5 AM to have the parcel delivered, pay Romfour and they will give that to you at the highest level.

Sunteti o firma de doi lei cu soferi de doi lei care va trage de tot firma in jos.
Nu ii stiu numele dar soferul cu nr de tel : 0762**8938 care face transport pe Anglia e pe departe cel mai neghiob si nepoliticos sofer.
Odata m-a sunat cu o zi inainte de ziua in care trebuia normal sa ajunga de la care imi luasem liber de la munca si a trebuit sa lucrez in ziua cand a ajuns el de fapt ca el ajunge in jumatate de ora si sa fie cineva acasa (asta pe un ton raspicat) si ca daca nu e nimeni el duce pachetul inapoi in Romania,bineinteles a trebuit sa rog pe cineva sa vina repede acasa ca eu eram la munca ca ei au impresia ca noi in tara asta stam toti degeaba asteptand colete din Romania.Am facut reclamatie la biroul lor,a raspuns o cucoana cu aceeasi voma in voce ca si a soferului de zici ca erau frati,a zis ca o sa ia legatura cu soferul probabil sa il intrebe ce mai face.
Un prieten a rezervat tot cu ei sa treaca la adresa mea sa ia un colet,bineinteles acelasi madaran de sofer,il sunam amandoi sa vedem daca ajunge la adresa,ne zice ca nu stie (probabil ca si-a adus aminte adresa) ,suna prietenul inapoi la firma ,cei de la birou au zis ca il suna inapoi ,nu l-au mai sunat bineinteles,a trebuit sa anulez ca ,chiar nu vreau sa mai las nici un colet pe mana lor.
Unii ar zice ca ne-am luat aere de strainatate ca am uitat de unde am plecat dar fratilor va zic drept de cand sunt in tara asta nu mi-am luat niciodata asa la m..e de la englezi cum fac romanii in conditiile in care am statut de imigrant.
E foarte simplu sa fii civilizat si corect doar ca atunci cand iti lipsesc cei 7 ani de acasa e foarte greu de la o varsta.
Nu va recomand la nimeni si va promit ca o sa va fac cunoscuti la toate cunostintele mele pana nu o sa mai aveti nici un client ca nu meritati daca nu faceti curatenie in firma voastra si sa va aliniati la standardele din Europa.
Sper sa lasati si recenzia asta sa se vada si sa nu o stergeti.
Im pare rau ca in scris nu va pot explica exact situatia cum a fost,dar recomand clientilor vostri sa va evite si sa aleaga alta firma

As vrea sa va anunt sa nu trimiteti colete pe firma Romfour deoarece eu am trimis si a ajuns pachetul dupa doua saptamani si cu lucruri lipsa, iar pt obiectele furate am primit raspuns de la dansi ca o sa mi faca o reducere de 5euro. Plus ca mi au sters comentariile ce le am lasat pe pagina lor si m au blocat lasa doar comentariile pozitive cele negative le sterg e o firma lipsita de profesionalism care eu sincer cred ca ar trebui sa nu o luati in calcul pentru eventuale colete

Este o firma neserioasa si nu recomand sa trimite-ti colete prin ei. Mi-au fost puse 2 colete dintre care doar unul a ajuns, chiar daca pe foaie arata ca am doua colete, baiatul care a facut transportul insista ca este doar un colet pus. Deci un colet a fost pierdut (si coincidenta face ca, coletul cu lucrurile cele mai valoroase sa fie pierdut...). Soferul si cei de la agentie mi-au promis ca vor gasi coletul, dar dupa doua saptamani nu l-au gasit si mi-a fost restituita o parte din bani si nu intreaga valoare a coletului...

I delivered the package to their HQ on a Monday for a transport scheduled to depart on Tuesday morning. Whenever I would ask when the package would be scheduled to arrive they would just serve me the "3-5 days" line over and over again as if the driver would not have any plan whatsoever. Moreover they insisted that the package was in transit and it would eventually arrive.
Two days past, after I insist to know when it would arrive I am being told that the car hasn't actually left on the Tuesday as scheduled, but in fact it left on Wednesday, yet the question of when it arrives still goes answered.
Friday I call again to see what's what, now they can't find my package. 20 min on the phone with the invoice in front of me, 2 incompetent employees continuously try to convince me that the package hasn't been deposited on the date written on the invoice. More drama, the package wasn't going to arrive in 3 to 5 days, wasn't in transit even as it seems it hasn't even left the warehouse and was scheduled to depart next week.
I get fed up with the lies and I went to take it back. When I arrived to pick up the package they had the audacity to lie again saying that the package has left. It hadn't, but I did have to spend 30 min for them to find it. You're better off hiring a pigeon to take care of your delivery.
