They left me at the border with UK in France in a hotel in Calais just cuz my PCR test expired during the trip, and they couldn't pass with the other guys. I said I would pay for the tests f others and the ferryboat. The driver said there is nothing they would do. I was wondering what was the policy in these cases. So here I was, hungry, two apples left with no money, and never to be called again. Its a baaad service and wasn't expecting to see reality that harsh. I'M telling you guys. I am a coffee shop owner. And if I had that company I would ensure all my customers get a car back or support when necessary! It might be my mistake but the service rendered is awful.

My luck was to see a gypsy from my country having the same problem. So the next day went to the border by foot. 2h walk with d bags, starving... And saw this guy waiting, no battery and passed off. He was alone and needed the locator form and the test. I have helped him do it, and I also did mine, cuz I wouldn't travel with Romfour now, so we could pass. And then we both paid for the ferry 180 pounds, and had a nice meal on the upper deck thinking after that, how fup is the company when tough things comes for their customers. I don't know, its just my point. It could have been sooo bad. Many people in my situation... I would refund the money of these people who never reached the destination...

O experienta naspa. Ne au spus pauza la 4 4 ore jumatate, dar am mers vreo 7 8 ore in continuu. Toata lumea frustrata etc., unu dintre pasageri l-a facut pe sofer boschetar, ca isi bat joc de noi, la care soferul a sarit la gatul lui. Ce-i drept, sunt multi oameni ce nu tin cont de respect, dar pozitia soferului mi s-a parut exagerata.. sa vii brusc spre om sa il iei de brat etc.

Pe langa asta, lipsa totala de organizare si profesionalist. Soferul care ne a preluat ne zicea la 2 ba la 3 .. Cel mai bine la 4 .. bagajele puse la nimereala, in loc sa le aseze dupa zona/regiune.

Nici nu mai pomenesc de limbajul vulgar pe care il tot foloseau soferii intre ei etc. ..limbaj ce putea fi auzit si de copiii de la bord de exemplu.

Ich habe leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung machen müssen..

Not professional at all
The driver called me at 4PM telling me he'll arrive at the meeting point at 6:30PM. Waited untill 11PM and I was forced to go at another meeting point, 20km away. I am very angry, I'll never use Romfour again. NOT RECOMENDIG AT ALL

Buna ziua scriu aici pentru a nu mai avea si alti oameni expierente negative ca mine cu aceasta mizerabila si minicoasa firma care preia colete si nu le trimite in termen ,iar serviciul clienti de la Bucuresti cea mai mare mizerie ,nise inculte proaste care nu stiu sa vorbeasca cu clientii .Oameni buni nu mai livrati si nu mai solicitati servicii de la aceasta firma pentru a nu ,mai avea motive sa isi bata joc de oameni ,sa dispara de pe piata asemenea mincinosi .Sper ca prin postarile mele pe care le voi face in fiecare zi pe toate posturile media posibile sa pot ajuta la disparitia acestui GUNOI de firma de pe piata pe numele ei ROMFOUR si a mincinosilor si prostilor ei angajati care mint cu nerusinare si au o atitudine foarte nesimtita fata de clienti.

44 de ore am facut de la Bucuresti la Amsterdam (adresa).
S-au schimbat 3 masini.Se merge de la Cluj la Germania cu autocar care ajunge la maxim 100Km.
Cand sunati la Call Center va zice ca nu e nici o problema cu teste covid sau contracte de munca dar cand ajungi pe autocar incepe domn sofer sa iti zica ca nu este chiar asa .
Se minte pentru a va lua bani pe bilet !!!!
Cand i-am spus domnului Sofer ca am sunat la call center mi-a spus ca "Tutele alea" de la call-center habar nu au ...
O "super" companie, NU VA RECOMAND !!!!

Apparently they're saying in between 3-7 days. Me waiting here for my packet after 14 days.

De 2 ani folosesc serviciile acestei companii( UK-Tulcea), niciodată nu am avut vreo problemă cu bagajele si mereu le-am primit in timp. Chiar si acum in această perioadă grea noi ne-am primit coletele din Tulcea in 4 zile. Va mulțumesc pentru profesionalism!

EVITA, RISC MEDICAL!!!!
Inafara de coletul primit din Romania, am primit si PURICI! Nu e o gluma, soferul a venit cu o duba de Suceava, coletul era umed cu toate ca era infoliat. Avem bube peste tot (sarbatori fericite!) si dupa aproape 2 saptamani inca incercam sa scapam de ei. Soferul nu s-a sinchisit sa isi puna masca, nu a gasit adresa, a trebuit sa iesim noi sa il cautam prin imprejurimi, dar niciodata nu ne-am fi asteptat sa aduca pe langa colet si alti vizitatori.

Stiam ca Suceava e renumita pentru jeg, dar nu credeam ca la 1500 km distanta si prin frigul iernii, puricii rezista. Cred ca sunt bine hraniti la ei in depozit. Daca tineti la sanatatea voastra, apelati la alta companie!

I have been using them for a long time because Romanian is my first language spoken and because is the only Romanian company that delivery’s parcels in my home town . They are not the best ! I have send a parcel on 12 December supposed to be there by Friday 18 de December . Gift for family, Christmas letters ,food for family and clothes . It’s now 24 December my mum called , I have called every day until now to the company they say the packaging are in Focsani they will arrive tomorrow so it just 4 hours with the car away from my town . The probably lost my packages and telling me lies very ANGRY , DISAPPOINTED!!! I Have paid in full from England for the delivery. I demand compensation for this complicated situation they have put me and my family in!!!

Absolutely disgusting company.
My parents sent me 2 packages wednesday, and they advised that the packages will arrive Saturday the latest. The packages contain food items which are ment for holidays. It's sunday night, no message regarding the delivery date, the AWB tracking codes don't work, they don't respond to queries. 1 start is too much for you.
DO NOT USE THEM! LAST TIME I WILL!

Soferul arogant, nu sunt de incredere, am facut 40 ore pana in Germania, nu recomand.

An friend try to send me an package with romfour and I wait one week and don't come. When I call them, I was informed cuz is not even on the road. Rly bad services.

I tried for 2 weeks to deliver some packages from Switzerland and they were constantly telling me " we will come in the next day for sure, do not worry" and they never came and they were not even informing me.

I was sending SMS to the driver and I never got a reply back.

What is the point of providing a transportation service if this service does not exist ?

Why are you not transparent with the delivery process and why don't you inform the client in advance ?
And stop lying about the delivery time.

Cea mai proasta firma de transport , șoferii niste funstangii! Am plecat la ora 4 dimineata din Neamt am ajuns la Cluj la ora 10 si a trebuit sa schimbe microbuzul de mers catre Germania am astept soferul 3 ore jum dupa ce a ajuns, a mai sta 2 ore pentru ca habar nu aveau unde era tabloul electric la masina ,dupa ce intrun final am pornit catre vama inceput nebunia lu salm manele , populara pe sistem nu mai conta ca sunt 24 de persoane in microbuz ! In fine ! Am mers dupa ce am ajuns iar in Germania a trebuit iar sa fac schimb de microbuz catre destinatia unde mergeam acolo am dat de un sofer care ii umblau mainile pe la o domnisoara de 19 ani care o avea in fata langa el , si cu tupeu jegos pe el , vorbea numai de aiurea , vai de capul meu cand mam vazut ajunsa iam multumit lui Dumnezeu ca am scapat de toti nebuni ! Si dupa 2 zile si 2 nopti am ajuns si eu la destinatie ! Nu recomand , cea mai proasta firma de transport ! A fost prima mea experienta si nu o sa se mai repete niciodata cu ei ! Mai bine ati inchide firma asta decat sa va bateti joc de oameni !

Nu isi respecta programarile si clientii, pentru ca probabil au prea multi. Am facut o rezervare la inceputul lunii iunie pentru ridicarea unui pachet din Anglia cu destinatia Romania, dar nici pana in ziua de azi nu am mai primit niciun telefon de la soferul care trebuia sa colecteze, la data promisa de 19 iunie.

As fi dat ZERO dar nu se poate. Dupa ce au vrut sa incaseze banii de doua ori si la ridicare colet si la destinatie, mi-au lasat si pachetele la alta adresa, adica pe alta strada la ora 23. In urma unei reclamatii pt aceste doua evenimente neplacute pt mine, firma in loc sa ia masurile corespunzatoare, a decis sa ma blocheze si sa nu mai accepte nici un transport comandat de mine. Sper ca bataia de joc care o aplica aceasta firma, sa ii aduca profitul corespunzator. EVITATI aceasta firma de mizerie.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, I really hope this company will be closed any time soon. I've just had one of the worst experiences with delivering a parcel, waiting 4 days, 4 DAYS, for them to come and pick up my parcel. "We are coming today, we are coming tomorrow, we are coming.. never!". I feel sorry for the good people that work for this company (if there are any).

Very rude staff. My parents wanted to send a parcel with them and they have been very disrespectful towards them.
Very upsetting experience!
One of the staff member was under the influence of alcohol.
Never again!
