The company is very untruthful regarding London deliveries. They lie and lie and lie.

When you inquire about delivery times, they tell you one thing and reassure delivery within acceptable hours, but once you've shipped your belongings and paid, they completely switch it up.

I did not require an express shipment and they agreed to a delivery window of 8AM - 8PM but the drivers never showed up at those times. They call around 11PM - 12AM and tell you they will arrive within the next 2 hours - middle of the night. Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer services is deplorable: drivers don't answer their phones when a customer calls for information, however they do not stop calling you at 2AM when they want to let you know that they are waiting for you downstairs/in front of housing etc. When they don't show up within the time frame given and customer complains, they end the phone conversation and are rude.

Absolute liars and unprofessional.

The company has no ethics, they will accept parcels that contain pork meat, just to cash in. Although every time they arrive in the customs they will get all shapes of pork confiscated (including pate cans or sealed smoked meats), they would not tel the senders about this. When asked if this has happened before, they will say they never had issues, but when confronted about the lie, they will admit it had happened, but they "forgot". Horrible service, even worse customer service !
