Very helpful people.Good product at a great price. I oduble ordered a part and they were completely understanding.I sent the part back and the refund was very quick.

My air filters arrived on time they were doubly box to prevent any damage all good.

Easy to work out what suited my vehicle. It was a GATES product, and very competitively priced.

Quality of the unit was pretty average. There was a large bow in the fan shroud and the run out in the fan blades is noticable.

I ordered car parts from Rolan.com.au that were advertised as compatible with my vehicle. The parts supplied were incorrect and do not fit.

I contacted Rolan promptly to arrange a return and refund, but they refused to accept the return despite the error being on their side. I provided details showing the parts were unsuitable, yet no resolution was offered.

Supplying incorrect parts and then refusing to accept a return or provide a refund is very poor customer service. I would strongly recommend confirming fitment and return policies before purchasing, as my experience was costly and disappointing.

sorry , not only has it been less than 24 hrs since i have revived your product , it has yet to be installed,
how can i review? ohh wait i can review the fact that someone in a warehouse somewhere picked a box, put it in another box, with a automatically printed label and then sent it to be posted, i never got to speak to anyone, or ask questions , pull on experience etc , oh this was a gift for a mate who has been helping me out! not even for me!
