I never received my earned cashback, I kept chasing them about it, and now it went missing and customer service is not helpful at all.

Citro has some great offers and deals available. I always check when making purchases. They have a great browser extension that will let you know if something you are shopping for has an offer. I've been a member for about three months now and have definitely saved heaps of money using it. In today's financial climate, every cent I save helps!

This app is a sham. American company with an arm here in Australia (claims to be 'backed by AMP - for credibility). Customer Support inactive and unwilling to investigate complaints. Drawn out to/fro via emails, resulting in Citro NOT upholding their advertised offers of cashback incentives, nor merchant offers of percentage rebates on transactions. Matters referred to Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Sad that Julia Morris attached her profile to such a company with their regard for 'fairness' and 'honour' in such an UN-Australian way.

Awful. I’d give 0 stars if I could. There’s much better rewards programs than this. Citro is so so so unorganised and unprofessional. I’ve had so many issues with this platform. It all started with outdated T&C I had to get them to update. Then multiple times I never got my cash back but I did get 2x$50 credit. AMP should be embarrassed to be associated with Citro. Asinate is “leader” that deals with most reports and says I’d be contacted by end of the day, 5 days later someone else replies as Asinate is on leave????

Josh what’s very good he explained everything and he didn’t rush anything. He’s made it easy for me to use.

It’s been great. Have saved some money wouldn’t go without couldn’t be happier.

Made a purchase at Coles Online with their limited time offer (5% cashback, capped at $10) and then got an additional $20 as it was my first time shopping with the Citro app. So good, would definitely recommend using them 👍
