Gamer Gear Direct Recenzje

Excellent service, shipping fees and shipping times there is nothing to complain about this company. it is the best company to buy simracing equipment from in australia

The team was always very responsive with any questions I had. There was an issue with once of my pieces of equipment. They notified me right away before they shipped. I was happy to wait until it came back in stock.

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping and easy shopping.

After searching around for an upgrade to my rig I found these guys, I had bought the bundle on sale and I like how you can choose which wheel you want as well. Fast shipping, great communication from the seller, the ceo even emails you himself just to say thanks for the purchase. I will be buying my next addition from here in the future.

I attempted to purchase a racing frame directly from Trakracer but as I live quite rural they had no postage options.

That's when I found GamergearDirect. They claimed they would post it, the postage price was reasonable, the items I purchased were the same price as direct.

There was an issue with one of the colour options I had picked not being in stock, I was emailed within 24hours of ordering to resolve.

They shipped it out very fast. I had some issues with the courier company but that was in no way related to GGD, I was able to solve these issues myself however, I have no doubt that if I was unable to that GGD would have got it sorted for me.

The items arrived perfectly packaged, every item was present with no damage.

My only regret was that I did not realise GGD also stocked all of the Moza gear I wanted before I had purchased it directly from China as this would've saved me over 2 weeks in postage times. Again the prices on these items were the same, GGD is just located a lot closer to me.

I am here writing this review as I came back to the website to purchase more. I could not reasonably expect any company to have provided a better service than I recieved from GamerGearDirect.

Game Gear Direct were amazing, they had quick response to any questions, awesome prices and super fast shipping. They even took the time to follow up and make sure everything was running as it should. I would highly recommend.

An Australian store that had what I wanted, in stock. Prices are good. Contact kept through whole process. Delivery was fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Gamer Gear Direct have been great! My order was shipped super fast and arrived quickly with all items as expected. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone after some awesome gaming gear!

As an avid sim racer who spends a lot of hours in AC and GT7, GGD become really good for my cause of quality of racing wheels. Especially their range of direct drive setups from brands like MOZA deliver the kind of precise force feedback that makes every corner feel real. Fast shipping, local support and a huge selection of choice make them really good rep from me. Good luck racers

I ordered Trak racer TR80S with castor wheels from here, and I am absolutely satisfied with both services provided and products delivered. I was notified real-time during the shipment and I got it delivered in just 2 days. Since I was ordering from different state and the size of package was massive, I didn’t expect at all for this to arrive this quick.

As for the product, I was getting this sim rig because I wanted to upgrade my existing rig, which was not sturdy enough and kept bending when I tried to brake. Although it took a lot of time to get it assembled and fit to my body, it was perfect fit and solid as rock, just as I wanted. It doesn’t move even a little with my DD wheelbase and load cell pedals, and added versatility gave me an extra option to add variety of accessories. Totally satisfied!

I recently purchased the Gamer Gear Direct Moza R9 bundle, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The team at Gamer Gear Direct made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish — fast shipping, great communication, and everything arrived perfectly packaged.

The Moza R9 bundle itself is exceptional. The build quality is rock‑solid, the force feedback is unbelievably precise, and the overall driving feel is on a completely different level compared to anything I’ve used before. Setup was simple, and within minutes I was dialled in and racing.

What really impressed me was the value for money. You’re getting premium hardware with top‑tier performance, backed by a retailer who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find that combination these days.

If you’re looking to upgrade your sim racing setup, I can confidently say this bundle is worth every cent. Highly recommended.

I have always bought my sim related gear from gamer gear direct and couldnt be happier with the service. Shipping is phenomenal.
Always happy to help if I have questions, top service all round.

Absolute amazing sim selection and incredible customer service!
