Resolver helped me get my refund from Shein

Resolver helped me get my refund for a return from Shein.

Shein were refusing to refund me because they claimed the hygiene stickers from the swimwear were removed. The items were returned in the exact way they were received.

I would advise customers to take pictures before making a return as evidence. Shein were saying the pictures I sent them were not sufficient.

After back and forth messages to Shein I contacted Resolver and Shein gave me a refund the following day.

Wake up eBay UK buyers. Check if the buyer protection fee complies with UK legislation's unfair contractual terms. Also check the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for further protection against that buyers protection fee. eBay UK prevents feedback, which would protect buyers.

I had an issue with Shein returning…

I had an issue with Shein returning goods back and not refunding me and keeping the items.
I was getting nowhere with their customer service constantly repeating same answers and trying to get my refund for not 1 but 4 items.
I contacted Resolve hoping they could help.
Fantastic and a massive thank you to them. They have managed to get me a full refund within 24hrs of contacting them.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to anyone who feel they have been unfairly treated. So pleased!! Thank you again

Ugh! Boohoo

Ugh!
I mean this is the first time i used Resolver, after dealing with alot of issues with Boohoo, I ran out of options and patience and then I found out about Resolver, I was unsure and worried but the company really helped me!
It takes time and I had to do follow up and stuff but eventually a manager from Boohoo reached back and even though I wanted a refund but because I used Klarna, they refunded on there and they got my returned items so at least that's been dealt with..

terrible companyl havde done absolutly…

terrible companyl havde done absolutly nothing to help me, i have seen loads of reviews saying the same as me, they should be thrown off the internet ASAP, they are wasting peoples time, so my question is, WHAT ARE THEY REALLY UP TO, i think they need investigating, judging by most of the other reviews.

However, we cannot guarantee a positive outcome to any case - it is, in the end, up to the company you are complaining to, to resolve the issue. In any case of a limited or unsatisfactory response from a company we would advise you to be as proactive as possible with your communications - the escalation levels should help you contact someone higher up in the organisation, or seek independent review from a regulatory body, where possible.

The whole concept...

The whole concept of resolver is sound, but the reality is very different. Resolver is a house built on sand.

I made a complaint to resolver about my phone provider. I reality this was the ONLY part of resolver that was worthwhile, because it gets past the difficulties that the phone provider creates in order to deter complaints.

There followed a series of emails from the company basically promising they were investigating but really weren't. Resolver didn't do anything to remind me of when it was possible to escalate, nor did they remind the company that they hadn't (done) anything to resolve the issue.

Eventually after the allowable time, I escalated the complaint to the mobile phone adjudicator, only to find that they won't accept complaints from resolver, they have to be sent direct to them from their website.

So, the whole merchandising behind resolver that they help make a complaint and if unresolved help you escalate to a adjudicator/regulator is totally false. They don't. If your problem is unresolved, it's a waste of time using resolver to escalate because it won't be accepted, at least for mobile phone companies. Aside from that, resolver do nothing other sending your complaint to the relevant company. If you can get an email for someone dealing with complaints youre probably best off using that because then you're not tied to resolver's format and restrictions.

Yeah, yeah, you do a good job of singing your own praises but everything I've said is true, and not denied by you. In mobile phone cases (and landlines) the adjudication service WILL NOT act on your referral, they require their own, direct referral, so your claim to help escalate the complaint is ENTIRELY FALSE.
As for using the email alias you provide, why on earth would anybody use a long, difficult to remember alias just so that replies from the adjudicator can be kept in your server? It's far easier to use my regular email address and keep adjudicator replies in my inbox or other folder. I have complete control over them, I don't have to remember the login to your site, and I don't need to worry about your service going down. In addition, the emails remain in my email permanently and conveniently available, to be printed or forwarded as required.

I repeat, in phone cases, apart from getting the complaint to the phone company's email, resolver provided NO advantage , and the multitude of benefits you claim are COMPLETELY FALSE.

I’m also sorry to hear that you had to contact the regulator directly. While many regulators work alongside our service, some require consumers to complete their own forms independently. Even in these cases, our platform still guides users toward the correct escalation route. If you are required to complete a regulator’s form directly, you can still use your Resolver case file email address so that all correspondence remains in your case file.

Resolver is an absolute life saver

Resolver is an absolute life saver. It is just a shame many companies will not go on their list. perhaps this is due to the success rate. If it wasn't for Resolver British Gas would have had me going around in circles with my complaint and hitting a wall every time. But since using this I received compensation from British Gas along with my billing issue being sorted. It took a long time due to very bad and inexperienced BG customer service but as my complaint was passed to an energy Ombudsman who was very very good it was finally sorted with a nice compensation payment. As this has happened a number of times I just say to British Gas that I will raise it as a complaint with Resolver and the Ombudsman and we have been there before. Now they don't wait for this they just pay me compensation and the compensation is very very good. Happy customer Happy Resolver user. I always recommend this when needed. The date was a few years back but there has been issues since. Can't add a date.

Debenhams ( none refund)

After message after message to Debenhams regards not refunding my returns! Contacted Ressolver, within a week got my refund! wouldn’t hesitate to contact again

I´ve used Resolver on several ocassions…

I´ve used Resolver on several ocassions for flight delays and it was very useful. It is easy to use and companies reply if you communicate thorugh them. They have wonderful templates for cmplaints as well.

Resolver - I totally recommend

Amazing, I received my missing funds from a bank that would not release the transfer I sent. Only after Resolver’s involvement! I recommend Resolver to anyone who has issues with big companies not doing the right thing.

I purchased flights with British…

I purchased flights with British Airways but their system made an error with the booking and thus I paid for but lost the seats. I tried for several months to get BA to admit liability and reimburse me but to no avail. In desperation I turned to Resolve and they sorted out the problem within a couple of weeks. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
