Bestilte bil online om aften til næste dags morgen til levering på hotellet Næste dags morgen kl 10.00 fik vi et telefonopkald at bilen var ca 10 minutter forsinket .derefter kom der en flink ung mand og fortalte lidt om bilen og bilen var rigtigt fin og efter aftale satte vi bilen i lufthavne efter et par dag det var også rigtigt nemt god service

Everything was fine with the car and the pick-up. I just wish they were better at customer support, it was very hard contacting them prior to the pick-up, and they didn't asnwer all the questions I had.

The service has been excellent so far. We have been upgraded to a bigger car without extra cost. The guy at the service desk was very kind and helpful

It was really easy to exchange with the company and to get the car. We had just the one we book. Our car was already damage in some places but that is not a big problem if everything is clear from the beginning.

The renting process was customer oriented and fairly easy. We arrived during the national holiday, so rentyourcar.fo arranged for us that we could pick up the keys at the airport information desk. That was very easy and convenient! Next time coming to the Faroe Islands we would use the same company :)

Nem afhentning og aflevering af bilen, hvor venlige folk stod klar til at hjælpe en. Bilen var ren og nydelig. Nem bookning over nettet. Bilen jeg lejede kunne godt have haft lidt flere hestekrafter ift. at køre på Færøerne.

Very good, relatively new car and quick and specific service on telephone inquiries about operation. Changing the dates after a flight time change was no problem.

Can definitely recommend Rent Your Car in the Faroe Island. It was almost a brand new car, which was functional (newest tech), comfortable and perfect for the five days of adventure on the Faroe Islands. Check-in was smooth and the service was super. Also, great feature that the tunnels were paid automatically! :-)
