Arrived in good time and installation was reasonably straightforward. The rear camera is suitable for internal or external mounting. I had to install on rear window but the camera adjustment didn't allow enough to tilt it up enough so consequently pointed down too much giving a view of rear wiper. I made a spacer to allow the adjustment but feel that it should be supplied with a tapered adapter to overcome the problem.

Apart from the user interface being fiddly. If you leave the 12v power plugged in with the camera powered off, it will drain a large, new car battery in 48 hours. There is no instruction to physically unplug the power each time you leave the car. Resulting in me needing the AA to come out to jump start me. What is the point of this if you have to remember to unplug it every time you use the car?

I just had to write a review about this experience. Bought a dash cam in 2022. The rear camera failed. The company has kindly replaced front and rear camera (upgraded models). There is a lady called Vivienne who must be, no doubt, the best customer care Officer I have ever come across. She has been literally chasing me almost every for the last 2 months to ensure I get my replacement camera, step by step! I am absolutely obliged and very happy with the service received! Thank you so much Vivienne, they are lucky to have you!

As for the product, when it worked, it works amazingly well and top value for money. It now feels like it comes with a lifetime warranty!

Purchased F7N-P and it is fantastic quality. Once you practice the menu it’s very easy to use. My camera was set up by a garage as anything more than wiring a plug i am useless. Very easy to share video. I put the 32 card in but soon swapped that to a128 and i am completely happy. Works much better than the Nextbase one I had and much cheaper

The company states they have a seven day return policy over the holidays when it cannot be reached to get the information to mail the product back, the product was not as described. It’s not a front rear camera. You must’ve run a wired camera to the rear of the vehicle, restocking fee, very shady. A few of reports claim it’s not even a 4K camera highly misleading, do not buy.

Excellent customer service. Ordered the hardwire kit USB-C. Needed the micro USB.
They sent the proper one right away. Always followed up daily with progress.

Purchased F7D dash camera in Sep 2021. Decided to use reverse camera but the picture was flipped and the firmware was out of date. Followed step by step instructions to update it from their official website redtigercam.com and... broke my camera's screen.

Update 14/08:
I left above review as 1 star immediately after updating/breaking my camera with their update but the story is not so simple. I updated my 1 start to 5 stars review so keep reading if you like to know why.

5 star facts:
After long search and testing a few devices (much more and some less expensive) I found RedTiger dash camera (F7N) to be perfect. Price was reasonable and 2080p resolution front camera was a big thing at the time. In those 2 years I had 4 'accidents' where the camera captured evidence. The GPS/speedometer provided required evidence for the police and insurer. Cutting to the chase, my no claims discount (NCD) is untouched. This saved me +£1000 easily.

Going back to broken camera, not sure what has happened but the firmware update from their official website actually broke my F7N camera screen (only). The device kept working/recording. As it has been outside of the return/warranty the company could have showed me a middle finger but they kept responding to my messages and the conversation kept going. They were polite and patient.

In the time I was talking to them I found only one other device which may have been perfect... but upon receipt... I quickly reminded myself how much better RedTiger device was. So here I am. I purchased another dash cam from them. This time slightly upgraded device in comparison to the one I purchased in 2021.

Further to the above I decided to hard wire the camera as I purchased brand new car. I learnt my lesson in last 2 years and this time I want parking mode as well. The hardwire hit that arrived from RedTiger had wrong fuse connectors. Once again I sent them message via Amazon. Returned the device after confirming no to modify it on my own, and got a different hardwire kit from RedTiger. They told me which one to get after I sent them pic of the fusses I had in my car (I’m not a mechanic or electrician so their help was a life saver).

I'm not sure if I'm lucky or what but at this point their customer service blew me away.

They have really good dash cams. As they have few types, try one and if you don't like it, return it... but make sure to read about all the camera info before ordering. Personally I would ignore the iPhone/Android wi-fi function, this is not very convenient setup for now. I’m not talking about RedTiger not, but in general. I noticed that companies are focusing on smart phones too much.

Had a minor issue with the power supply and they sent a replacement on the day I had sent them an email, also followed up my issue. Have to say their customer service and responses were absolutely outstanding, can't praise them highly enough.
