I have a red tiger dashcam purchased about 15 months ago. It started acting up a bit, so I contacted red Tiger. The support team gave me some suggestions, but it still acted up. The support team sent a new dashcam which arrived within two days. The new camera is installed now and working perfectly again. In addition to being a very good dashcam, Red Tiger support is outstanding.

They went above and beyond to help me replace a part that I had mounted incorrectly. They responded so fast to my questions and then ended up sending me the small but important part for free in spite of it being my fault that it needed to be replaced... Even after I told them I was willing to pay for it!

Fantastic Product & Customer Service
I've been using the RedTiger F7N dashcam for years after a recommendation from my Dad. It has been an amazing product that has already saved me from being "at fault" for an accident that someone else caused! These things are a lifesaver, and RedTiger makes a fantastic dashcam.
I recently had a warranty issue with what seemed as the capacitor of my charging cable went bad. I contacted support, and Sue helped me by not only sending me a brand new cable but also paid for the return of the cable I was having issue with. I didn't have to pay for anything for either return. Absolutely fantastic customer service, I stand by and highly recommend RedTigerCam!
In February
In February, I reached out to Red Tiger’s support team for the first time after being involved in a multi vehicle collision. I had installed their F7N dash cam for safety, and the footage captured during the incident proved that I was not at fault. It was truly invaluable and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Unfortunately, my rear camera stopped working after the accident and the cable was damaged. That is when Emma stepped in and completely exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I received the replacements I needed while showing genuine care and understanding throughout the entire process.
Emma is an incredible representative of Red Tiger. Her professionalism, compassion, and the way she communicates with customers are outstanding. She made me feel supported during a difficult time, and that level of service is something I will never forget.
Because of this experience, I will remain a loyal Red Tiger customer. Emma is truly an asset to the company, and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I wish her all the very best.

Redtiger products are good, on top of that the customer service in my experience is simply exceptional at Redtiger. The response time is very fast and the customer receives kind follow-ups which is very rare to see nowadays. Redtiger makes asking for support not intimidating but a pleasurable and easy experience. Cannot get enough!

Great dash cam and great customer support
I’ve been using my REDTIGER dash cam for over two years now, and it has been genuinely great. Before switching to RedTiger, I tried two other brands and neither lasted more than six months. The difference with RedTiger was noticeable from day one.
The video quality is excellent, very clear and high-resolution. The wide-angle lens captures a broad view of the road, and the footage includes useful information like coordinates, speed, and other data that can be essential if anything ever happens. Downloading videos to my phone is quick and easy, and the audio recording is also very clear.
I also want to give a big shoutout to their customer support. They respond quickly and are truly helpful. I recently had an issue with my dash cam after the warranty period had already expired. They offered several solutions, and when the issue couldn’t be fixed, they actually sent me a replacement camera!
After this experience, I can confidently say I’m a loyal RedTiger customer. Highly recommend!
Purchased (2) F77 model- Dash Cams
Purchased (2) F77 model- Dash Cams for my F150 & LS460 for the high quality dual cameras. F77 provides front and rear cameras, very high resolution view of what’s in front of the vehicle and what’s behind the vehicle, even at night, the view remains very high quality. I was initially frustrated by the display not constantly displaying the GPS, DATE/TIME, AND MPH on the screen, however after communicating with Emma (Customer Service), she took the time to clearly articulate why, and it was clear that this was a logical decision for the safety of the driver to make sure the view is always clutter free and not distracting while driving. Excellent follow up and communication, I would highly recommend Redtiger Dash Cams, excellent product and excellent customer service support.

I currently have four RedTiger Dash cams in my family vehicles. Each family member loves the way the dash cam has worked for us for many years. My wife's dash cam started acting up and I called RedTiger asking for a FW upgrade. They kindly sent me the latest version as well as installation instructions. I performed the upgrade an unfortunately it did not resolve my issue. I reached back out to RedTiger and sent me a replacement unit at no charge. BTW... my dash cam was out of warranty, and they still sent me a replacement. I will continue recommending RedTiger dash cams as well as informing every one of their outstanding customer support they provide.
Broken Dash Cam replaced!
My 4 year old dash cam suddenly stopped working. Wouldn't record anything, just turn on and... nothing. I contacted customer support to report the issue and despite me being barely able to provide them any of the information they requested aside from some pictures on my phone of the device, they sent me a replacement--outside warranty!
They were quick and professional in their service and I will 100% be keeping them my go-to for dash cams going forward.

Great Customer service!! I emailed about a simple problem. My time wouldnt change to daylight savings time. Not a big deal, but they responded within minutes, and gave me a real solution (something I should have seen myself to begin with). I am very pleased with the product as well. Crisp image, easy plug and play install, and plenty of wire to reach my desired location!(the review was definietly prompted, but my opinion is honest still lol)
