This company has the best support service I’ve ever experienced.

Hand an issue with dash camera turning on and off after 2 weeks working.
Tried cigarette lighter and USB adapter same thing.
This could be adapters provided or another issue after I trouble shooted things.
Customer service was quick in responding and hopefully this issue is taken care of.
Could possibly be both outlets had power and didn't match up?
Tried a 3rd outlet in my 2016 Buick( only had the car a few months)and seems to be working.

Je suis très satisfait de cette Dash Cam. Elle répond pleinement à mes attentes et offre une qualité tout à fait correcte pour son prix. L’utilisation est simple et intuitive.
J’utilise la fonction parking avec le kit OBD Hardwire, et tout fonctionne parfaitement : l’installation de la connexion OBD est d’ailleurs vraiment très facile.
Le service client s’est montré réactif et pertinent face à mes questions.
En résumé, c’est un excellent produit, à tel point que j’en ai acheté un second pour ma deuxième voiture.

I purchased F7NP dashcam about 3 years ago. Great camera, easy installation, intuitive app and options. Started having problems with the head unit. Contacted customer support without much hope, knowing I am way out of warranty.
Best customer service I have received in years. Very prompt, appropriate and very helpful responses. Within days I am back on the road with a working dashcam.
5 stars for the product and 10 stars for customer service.

I had an issue with the adhesive mount for my front dash cam, and although the first replacement didn’t resolve the problem, the REDTIGER team especially Emma went above and beyond to make it right.

Emma was responsive, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She carefully listened to my explanation, arranged for a stronger adhesive mount to be shipped out, and followed up to ensure everything was resolved.

The new mount worked perfectly, and the camera is now secure with no issues.

Had the problem with my dash camera, freezing screen, but after reaching to technical support get very quick response. and letter how to sold the problem. But after troubleshooting technical support made decision to send me new dashboard camera. Definitely can recommend this company they responsible for the products. Thank you for great service!!

Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable. She responded in a timely manner and really made me feel important. She even checked up on me once I received my package. She is the best and I really appreciate her.

My customer experience with RedTiger is second to none. I contacted them for assistance with my dashcam and Emerson walked me through diagnosing and resolving my concern. He went above and beyond any expectations I had. After years of using other vendors I have several of their cameras in use and am very happy.

I purchased the camera & installed it. Everything worked well & video quality is great! Did not have any issues with it until recently, the camera would glitch/freeze up. I contacted cust support on Whatsapp & had an amazing experience. The person I was dealing with, had me run through a bunch of troubleshooting steps to determine what was the issue. After running thru the troubleshooting steps, we determined it was an issue with the camera. They were really responsive throughout the whole time & would even follow up when I did not respond right away. Even though it was outside of the warranty time, they even offered to replace it with a brand new camera.

Thank you Redtiger for an amazing customer experience (it's hard to find a company who would look out for their customer these days)! I'll always recommend your products/company!

Meine Dashcam F7NP hat trotz des original RedTiger Hardwire Kid nicht funktioniert. Das Support Team hat sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht und mir diverse Möglichkeiten bezüglich des anschließen genannt, auch mit Fotos, um dem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen. Sie haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf meine E-Mails geantwortet. Waren immer sehr nett und höflich, haben nachgefragt wie der aktuelle Stand ist. Im Endeffekt haben sie mir kostenlos ein neues Kabel zukommen lassen, es hat sich dann rausgestellt, dass wohl ein Defekt an dem ersten Kabel war. Ich danke dem Support Team für die hilfreiche Unterstützung.

Gave me cable for rear camera free of charge. Cameras quality is great. Easy set up if you know how to hide cable in the panels and headliner.

My review comes more like a no brainer as they say, simply because I thought I understood it, stuck it on my windshield and enjoyed everything it did. However, I took the long way around and took out the SanDisk and put it onto my computer and downloaded every single video, which understandably took forever and took up a lot of space. Until yesterday, I didn't realize that the Android version of the RT app was so helpful in that you can, not only detect what you want when it happened rather than going through every single video and trying to find out that magic movement that you had. Well, also the app has the ability that I did not know of and that is that if you do have some sort of an incident that it would record that as well under a special folder. This is a very good product based on everything I've seen and I'm sure there's good products out there, but Red Tiger has not only got a good product but a very good support system and for that I'm truly grateful.

J'avais eue mon véhicule vandalisé et je cherchais le meilleur matériel pour protéger ma voiture un bon rapport qualité prix et un montage adapté à ma petite titine, je n'ai pas été déçue ils ont fait preuve d'une grande empathie m'ont envoyés gratuitement les câbles payants et suivis dans toutes les étapes pour le branchement, même le week-end et un jour férié ils m'ont répondu et pris des nouvelles bravo et merci a vous.
C'est largement mérité je conseille à tout ceux qui verront mon avis cette marque.

Bought front and rear F7n touchscreen dash cam in February, Rear camera developed an intermittent issue in November. Emailed them for advice and received possibly the best customer service I've ever had. Very quick replies to emails with options of how to fix, when they didn't work new rear camera sent. In under a week from original email, new camera received and in car working.

I wish to set the record straight, I recently reviewed Red Tiger with 1 star, this was un warranted. The fact that I did not receive my dash cam, but 2 x Philips toothbrushes instead! was of no fault to Red Tiger, but obviously a problem within Amazon.

Nice product! Great after service. I needed an extra transparent sticker. I got immediately a new one by mail. Responded my mail in 1 hour! Very good company

This company goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Their response time is remarkably fast, and any issues are resolved quickly. The F17 camera is outstanding—I highly recommend it. It delivers precise GPS speed and has easy mounting options. After trying other cameras, I can confidently say none compare to the quality of the F17.
