I have had this camera since I was in college. I have caught so many things on video that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t have this! Your team has been there for me multiple times when I have had issues. My Redtiger Dashcam failed…
My Redtiger Dashcam failed approximately 6 months beyond the 18-month warranty. I contacted Redtiger and explained the camera failure and Redtiger shipped me a replacement camera, even though it failed well beyond the 18-month warranty period. Thank-you Redtiger.

One of if not the best experiences with this company. We have a fleet of vehicles that having a dash camera system is imperative. If or when I ever had an issue or needed technical assistance they went above and beyond for me. Lighting fast response and literally handled all my needs. Highly recommend their cameras and the service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A VERY Satisfied Customer
Over the years, I have purchased and installed three Red Tiger F7N Dash Cam units in my cars. These units are reliable, providing clear and detailed imaging from both the front and rear cameras. I was able to install the units and wiring myself thanks to the instructions in the Manual. One other important aspect is their Customer Support, it can't be beat! Their response is very quick and other companies should take a lesson from them. As a result of my experience with Red Tiger, my son will soon be ordering F7N units for his cars.

They were so supportive. First they explained me steps to follow to resolve the issue with my dashcam. Later they replaced my damaged part with new one. They sent that part to me with currier service without any cost. Really good customer service.

The quality of the mic with all of its limitations (since we're talking about a mic of a dashcam) is really good and clear sound.

Service Above and Beyond
The dashcam we purchased is great. Then I asked Red Tiger for some spare parts we had spoilt by positioning the camera badly, and they sent them to me instantly and without charge. Emma, the lady I was dealing with, followed it every step of the way - she told me when the package was on its way, messaged me again to ensure I had received it, and then again a day later to make sure I was happy with what I had received. Customer service of this calibre is extremely rare, and I would always recommend this company to my family & friends.

I don’t even know where to start…. REDTIGER is something that I absolutely needed my entire life. If you are looking for a dash cam, PLEASE I am urging you DO NOT look any further.
I was having an issue with my hardwiring, I called their customer support. Saying that they “took care of me” is an UNDERSTATEMENT, as Yuda, who is a professional at Redtiger, took absolute care of me and resolved the matter.
Yuda is an excellent representative that knows how to handle matters and situations professionally and morally. I will definitely be buying from REDTIGER again, and I know you should to. Thank you Yuda!

If I can rate this 0 stars I would got hit from behind went to go pull off on side of road and car flees the scene on a hit an run went to go find the file on dash cam an saying it hasn’t recorded anything in over two weeks even though it has been running it should automatically delete old files and as well the G Force was on and saying it never detected the crash as the back of my car is destroyed. There is now a drunk driver who got away with everything as the camera never did the one thing it’s supposed to do and now have to pay for all damages DO NOT BUY
