Order some Christmas decorations and at first glance I was fairly happy but as I take the products out of the box I'm really disappointed in the quality and condition. A pack of 4 baubles is visibly filthy both outside the package and every single bauble inside had to be physically cleaned as its covered with dirt. In all my online shopping years I have never had that occur ever. Then when you look closer at the products a few are defective. One bauble has a dark dent and the glittery gift decorations I bought all 4 are a mess. Can't blame the company for that as it's manufacturer but why would you sell these badly painted items to a customer? I also ordered candy canes with ribbons and those are very nice and blue baubles and those look good too but I can't get over the dirt and quality of the little package decorations. I will maybe give this company another shot in the future but I'm disappointed. You cannot give people visibly dirty items you just can't.

We ordered a 4ft tree, and whilst we did receive a tree that was roughly 4ft, half of it was bare.

The tree was sickly and spindly, and perfectly embodied the disappointment of a Christmas where you didn't get what you asked for.

Attempts to request a refund were utterly ignored.

Avoid.

Real Christmas Trees delivered a beautiful tree to us yesterday. I rang them, they answered and were very nice about everything. It was a question about delivery time. I have no idea why this company has some poor reviews....they have been great for us. Our first real tree and it really didn't disappoint. It's a stunner! Very happy indeed.

Customer service non existent! After 5 years I will not be using this company again!! One doesn’t mind paying more for s premium service. They refused to answer phone calls or emails blaming the courier when it was clearly their problem. DX transport were actually very helpful. Lesson learned.

Tree was dumped at the end of the drive after it was dragged through some gravel. I had stayed in to wait for delivery but they did not even knock on the door just dumped it and left. Had to get two neighbours to help move it to the front door. The tree is ok but the service is terrible

Terrible customer service. The tree was delivered 3 days after the date promised even though I called to double check it would arrive on the promised date. No phone call to advise it would be late. No discount. No apology. No seevice. The guy on the phone could care less. Useless

We have used this company for many years, however the customer service is the worst I have ever experience in my life.
Considering our business has used them for years and spent 1000's pounds they seemed to not care for communication or proper customer service.
I hope no one has to deal with Graham as his langue and attitude is atrotious.
You have lost a customer and will not speak of the service highly again, which is a shame as your trees have always been good when they eventually arrive.
A suggestion would be to listen, communicate and be honest with your customers, that is if you do ever get back to the customer.

I was approached by a client to source and order a 12-15ft christmas tree with only a few days notice. I contacted RealChristmasTrees.co.uk and they confirmed they had the tree I needed and promised me a specific delivery date well within my time frame.
I had requested that the driver contact me in advance of delivery, which he did, and the beautiful tree was delivered to the door on time. Thank you!

I have used this company for the last couple of years and received very nice trees at market price. This year however our tree didn't turn up and as a result I had reason to contact them to seek assistance and soon discovered that they didn't value my business as much as I had hoped. I eventually got my tree five days later but only after I had chased the courier independently. I won't be using them again as there are plenty of other companies to choose from so that's one repeat customer for the next 20 + years lost.
