They sent the ugliest Christmas tree with the top half of the branches missing. I don't recommend buying from Real Christmas Trees

I've used Real Christmas Trees for my big outside the front of our house tree for 5 years now and they have been awesome, great customer service too, one year they accidently dropped it a 16ft tree instead of my 18ft tree and one quick call and and they assured me it would be rectified before for the end of that day and true to there word it was and when you consider I'm over 100 miles away from them that was great service, the tree always looks great when up and even better when I get all 72,000 Christmas lights wrapped around it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tree.

I ordered a Christmas tree in October for delivery week beginning the 16th December. I was advised delivery was for the 18th but it didn't arrive. I contacted the company who said that it had been lost in transit by dx and it was too late to send out another. I suggested that it was for the company which had advised me of the delivery date and had access to the tracking to ensure that delivery had taken place but haven't heard back. A Christmas tree is quite a large item to lose in transit I think. I certainly won't be using this company again - I've never had issues with on line ordering of Christmas trees before.

We were a little worried about ordering a tree on line as we usually pick one from a garden centre. Well WOW I will definitely be ordering again next year. The process was so easy. Our tree was delivered on time and is absolutely gorgeous! Fresh and bushy right to the top. I would recommend Realchristmastrees 100%

Delivered dead dried out Norway spruce tree with all the pine needles shedding. Sent photograph. Graham's reply was that it would only last 3 weeks as it was being used indoors. There was no warning that the tree would not last until Christmas. The branches are now completely bare. We had to bin the tree on 17 December. Graham refused to give us a refund. I have been a customer for 5 years, sending dried out trees that do not last to Christmas is unacceptable.

Ordered 8ft Christmas tree. Tree arrived 6 days late,(had to arrive on the 4th of December,arrived evening of the 9th)and looks nothing like in the picture. Will have to cut at least 0.5m from the top,as its just looks bad.
After the tree was late for 2 days,have called the company and the lady said she will put a rush to my order. What a nonsence. I told the lady we are hosting kids party the next day,and if it will not arrive till the evening I will have to buy a new tree. She said she understands that.....but after I have bought new tree,the original tree arrived few days later. My friend was looking after my ill child,and she accepted the tree without me knowing. As soon as I got back home,I have called the company,but was told-no refund. Worst company and customer service. Now we have 2 Christmas trees,one of them looks cheap and ugly....and Im out of nearly £80 just before holidays.

None indigenous trees should not be grown anywhere globally. Least of all Europes, British Isles...woodenheads.

Far worse. Re-transplanted. Anywehere outwith their own, zoogeographical zone. Such mal-practice restoratio, presently costing EU €640m/annum. UN estimated costs @ U$4.5bn...privatised profits. Socialized costs.

Endeavour to acquire a Juniper, Caledonian Pine, Yew. Place in shed or garage until mid January & thereafter transplant outwith.

Simples but for woodenheads.

Absolutely gorgeous 9ft tree arrived on time extremely helpful delivery driver getting the tree into the house I will be ordering again next year Thankyou very much xx

In September I ordered a 13 ft tree to be delivered 23rd November
Today I received an email saying my order has been despatched. I then received another email saying that they couldn’t deliver the tree I wanted to my address and they were sending me a smaller one and they had refunded me the difference.
I don”t want a smaller tree. I want the one I ordered. Who are they to dictate what size tree I want?
My emails have gone unanswered.
I am extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this company again. When the smaller tree arrives they can take it back.

Very easy to place the order for a Norway Spruce at the end of Nov. Booked the delivery for Dec5th and they called me to confirm the date.I spoke to a lovely friendly lady.
Arrived in the morning, by the afternoon it was up, thrilled with the shape and the scent. It's now the 19th and there's been hardly any needle drop. Wish I could pop a pic on as it's so good.

We've used this company very happily for a couple of years previously. This year the courier failed badly, twice, to deliver as promised, but a quick call to Real Christmas Trees got it sorted very promptly and efficiently.

Unfortunately I have had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered our tree on 20/11/22 to arrive on 02/12/22. Nothing came. I emailed them and they said they would chase it and update me. I then heard nothing all weekend- I emailed again and called, but was ignored. On Monday I got a message saying it would 'hopefully' come on Tuesday. We could only receive the order on Tuesday morning due to us being away for a few days after this. They said they couldn't control this and just offered me a refund. Unfortunately when it comes to Christmas trees I find you have to put a lot of planning into when it can be delivered and when you have time to decorate it etc. If the customer service had actually been honest with me I could have sorted something else out- but the complete lack of service has meant my whole family is feeling very let down and dissapointed. We now won't be able to get a tree for at least a week and a half. I will not be using this company again.

Unimpressed. This is the first time I have used this company; I ordered a 6ft Nordman Fir tree & a traditional holly wreath. Delivery was scheduled for today (5/12/2022) so I emailed them to get an eta - no response. In the end I had to phone them - it took several attempts to get through - to find out where my tree & wreath were; the woman I spoke to had no idea & had to keep asking me for details of the order. It quickly became apparent that they had forgotten & had I not chased them I would have been £152 out of pocket & no tree or wreath. When they finally turned up it had pretty obviously been a rush job; My husband is 5' 10" and the tree, for which I paid £72. i.e £12 per foot, just about reached his shoulder. The wreath, which cost £80 is lovely; nonetheless, I will not order from this company again. They have only one job, & that is to sell & deliver Christmas Trees once a year & they cannot even get that right.

I ordered a 9’ tree on line and was nervous as we have always selected our tree in person. The tree was delivered a day early after a telephone call and is perfect! Great quality and service!

Just ordered my Christmas tree (it's middle July) despite the reviews of bad service, the man I spoke to was lovely and friendly and couldn't fault him. I've ordered a 7ft Norway spruce, can't wait, will let you all know!

Amazing tree. Best we have ever had. Has not dropped needles even two weeks in and looks simply amazing. Delivery on time. Cannot fault anything. Will use again next year without hesitation. Thank you.

We ordered a 13 foot tree for our garden, together with a galvanized stand (after talking to customer services). They pre drilled the hole in the base of the tree so the tree stands straight on the stand, and gave us good advice on stabilising the tree. The tree is magnificent, smells great and is very full and bushy. Far better than we expected. Very happy with our purchase.

Not a great experience, the 6ft tree turned out to be 4ft with a foot of stick on top of it
And not the best tree, could have got better for a fraction of the price from just about anywhere

The tree is not fresh cut as promised by their company, you can even see the old saw cut healed over. It is several weeks old. The tree is dry (no sap), no scent of pine, and needles dropping already, like a tree would be after Christmas. Their Customer Service actually contradicited me. Still waiting for second reply. But they've got our easy money why should they care (they might have to work for a living, giving excellent customer service like they said they do) when they can bluff it and hope no-one takes them to court, contradicting a customer who was happy last year with their first purchase. Amateurs.
