They are absolutely horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. I didn't receive a rental. They would not refund my money. I ended up spending $400.00 . On another car. They said at the last minute. Right before handing the keys to the rental. That my credit wasn't good enough. I gave them $186.00 . And then spent $400.00 dollars on another car. So I lost $400.00 dealing with them. Please don't go through what I went through. Horrible. I traveled for Arizona to New York. To see my sister whom had just had a stroke. They almost gave me a stroke also. Horrible Ace rental their partner.

While the reservation itself was valid, the rental location ultimately declined to release the vehicle due to a credit-related requirement, which is outlined in their rental terms and enforced directly by the rental provider at pickup.

My first hotel option didn't go through as planned. It kept rejecting and was saying the hotel didn't match with the reserved hotel.

Edit: The order didn't go through, because the hotel name didn't match what was on the cart item, even though they are the same, not sure why the error or system would indicated that. Second, if you don't provide a contact info, how can someone respond back to you or call you? It's not very helpful by saying without providing any more details or info.

why booking rate changed??

it was frustrating booking a room at the Washington DC Hamilton hotel on your website! your initial rate for the week I was staying changed when trying to pay for it. it increased $300 dollars. not sure why but very unhappy with your last minute rate changes!

Process was pretty smooth to purchase. However, upon receiving the tickets you have to log into a website where the tickets can't be added to the Apple Wallet!?!? This means there is a high chance of the network being logged down at the location when everyone is accessing tickets via the network vs their wallet. Seems pretty 2018 to me.

I was excited to get discounted movie…

I was excited to get discounted movie tickets.

Tickets in my area are $13.75 for adults and $11.99 for seniors.

The black tickets are $10.75. There’s at $20 tax/fee applied at point of purchase. So the only benefit to me is advance purchase.

I paid $127.50 for 10 tickets - 5 are for me a senior and five for my adult child. Tickets at the theater for us, quantity 10, would cost $128.65.

I saved $1.15!

It’s all good. We want to go to the movies occasionally so this means we have our tickets and just need to go.

But you might want to reframe your marketing message to highlight that fees apply.

CHEATING

Terrible interface. You say that there is a discount but, when you get the final bill you conveniently add a cost to it.
While checking out the order the amount it showed me was $611 and then once the payment went through it shows me $675. This is ridiculous, if there are any additional cost, you should show it to me advance and not after I've made a payment (to a non-refundable booking)!!!!

The receptionist at the Hertz desk at Chico's airport was sympathetic; she claimed that it happens a lot.

I got cheated

they showed prices saying "taxes included" but charged extra under taxes after i clicked submit payment

i booked on 15 feb, 2026 but they said cancellations after 14 feb, 2026 will have 100% cancellation fee

I’m perfectly fine to cancel this reservation since even the email from Beneplace has 2 different subtotal amounts and it’s really frustrating.

Update (3/24/26) : I have provided the order number, emailed Beneplace and contacted customer care. Still no support received, this is the worst customer experience I have ever received.

It took 4 days to finally book the…

It took 3 days to finally book the room, and it kept changing the rate every time I tried to book the room. I even called the customer service number, and they sent me a link to book the room and that didn't even work. After being on the phone with them for 45 minutes and them sending me multiple links I still could book the room, and they couldn't give me a reason why it was working. The said they would call back once the site was working again but I never received a call from them to let me know the site was working. Finally on the fourth day I was able to book the room, and it was $50 more from the first time I tried to book the room. Overall, this was the worst site that I've ever used to book a hotel.

They sold me a lift ticket to Palisades that didn’t work and won’t refund it

They sold me a lift ticket to Palisades that did not work despite working with the Palisades staff for 15 mins. They refused to refund it, saying all sales are final. You can’t sell a defective ticket and say all sales are final, that’s called a scam. Kristin Tacuel wrote a curt email and closed the ticket without allowing a response. Terrible service, and truly a scam.

BUYER BEWARE

Worst travel agent ever experience. Booked my flight with them and got a reschedule notification days before travel. The Beneplace team went out of their way NOT TO HELP. The lines took forever to be picked up and when they did, you encountered the rudest disinterested customer service agents out there. One went on coughing in my ear for minutes and when done she proceeded to speak Hindu to me and pretended not to hear me and just hang up.

I needed to rebook my flight and their response was “go look for an alternative yourself and we can see if we will rebook it!!!!!” What is that!!! Why are you an agent then in the first place!!!

I eventually never got help and I had to find alternatives on my own. They NEVER responded to emails but when requesting for a new booking they are quick to respond and take your money!!!

Epitome of fraudsters!!! If you want to pay for stress and useless service, you are right at home. Would not recommend this company . order number 1023271783

DIFFICULTIES IN PURCHASE OF UNIVERSAL TICKETS

I had to attempt four times before I could get my Universal tickets for my family. The Visa credit card through my citi bank would not be accepted and had to use another card. I have a high limit on the citi card and would like the rewards I could have received had it been accepted. This was a completely frustrating process to save 60.00.
