Signed up as a business

Signed up as a business. It has been 4 months, ZERO return on the money spent. Have been trying to cancel our account for the last week with ZERO response via chat, email because no number to call. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea (BBB) and disputing the charge and blocking any future payments. Avoid this company at all costs. They hold you hostage and charge you with no option to cancel.

I seriously can’t recommend Batch enough 🙌

I used Batch App to plan our bachelorette trip and it made EVERYTHING so easy. From organizing the itinerary to keeping everyone on the same page, it took all the stress out of planning.

We were able to:
✨ Share plans and ideas in one place
✨ Keep track of reservations and schedules
✨ Split costs and stay organized as a group
✨ Communicate without a million scattered texts

It honestly made the whole experience smoother and way more fun. No confusion, no chaos—just good vibes and an amazing trip 💕

OBSESSED

I first discovered Batch back in 2021 when I was planning my friend's bachelorette and my type A personality fell in love with the app! It is so easy to use, keeps the entire group organized, and there's so many tools and functions to help make the planning process a breeze! I've used it a few times since for other parties and events and all of my friends love it too! I am a customer for life!

I tried this out as a business

I tried this out as a business, but didn't get any ROI on it. No worries, it's not for everyone. But when I went to cancel the account, they forced me to schedule a call with an account manager. And they require cancellation notice within 14 days of your billing date. My next billing date is April 22nd and of course the first available phone call with my account manager was April 23rd. They refused to help me at all. Now I am a small business that is being held hostage. They removed phone numbers from everything and I can't even get a hold of the original sales person I spoke to. This is so untrustworthy and sketchy and so upsetting. If this is how they treat the businesses that work with them, I can't imagine what the customer facing experience is if there is ever an issue.

We love Batch!

The app is extremely user-friendly! My friends and I planned a birthday trip and loved the organization, unique businesses we had the opportunity to experience, and the ability to plan and manage everything in one spot.

I will never plan a group trip or party without Batch! It makes everything so easy to find, the vendors on Batch are all so great, group friendly, and it is full of unique and fun experiences that wouldn't even have occurred to me to include in my trip

A very disreputable cancellation/refund policy. Attempted to contact their team within 24 hours of making a booking and before it was confirmed to see about cancellation, and despite the reserved date being 2 months out, they insisted on keeping 50% of an over $800 charge.

It is a scam, you cannot cancel

They have sold me a discounted package, but then, after i paid, they did not make my account live for more than 3 weeks. When the service did not match my needs, they will not respond to calls, chats or emails to cancel. The chat has never responded to my email. Here is the last person that told me to cancel through chat that will now not respond to my cancel request....

ZERO ROAS

We started working with Let’s Batch in January after their sales representative, Reilly Santa, reached out to us and explained how well our tours would align with their platform, audience, and demographic. Based on those conversations, we listed our tours and committed to their advertising program in good faith.

After an entire year on the platform, we did not receive a single inquiry or booking — zero return on ad spend. We reached out to their support team to express our concerns, and today I spoke directly with Aislinn to discuss the situation. During that call, she shared that our tour pricing is approximately six times higher than what Let’s Batch’s typical customer expects to pay.

This was the first time anyone at Let’s Batch mentioned that our pricing was significantly outside their customer demographic. At no point during onboarding — nor in conversations with Reilly or anyone else — was this ever disclosed. Had that been communicated upfront, we would never have listed these tours on the platform in the first place.

We attempted to find a fair, win-win resolution by proposing to advertise tours from a different division we own that are aligned with their audience’s price expectations, asking Let’s Batch to waive fees for one year given the misleading onboarding experience (keeping in mind they would still earn 10% on every booking). That request was denied. Instead, we were offered a “reduced” monthly rate of $75 to continue advertising.

At that point, we had already paid $1,800 with absolutely zero return. Being asked to pay even more after a year of no results and poor fit was unacceptable.

Based on our experience, we would strongly caution other businesses to be very careful when working with Let’s Batch. Their focus appears to be on collecting advertising fees, regardless of whether your product or service is truly a good match for their customer base. For us, this was a complete waste of time and money, and we would not work with them again.

I’ve been a Batch partner for a bit…

I’ve been a Batch partner for a bit now, and honestly, I’ve seen more orders come through from Batch than any other platform I’m on. I also met with the team recently to talk about how to keep growing, and they were super helpful! Gave me really good advice that’s already making a difference. Told my other boat buddies that this is the place to start.

Loved my first year!

I joined Batch at the beginning of the year and within my first few months I started having bigger corporate partnerships reaching out to me. For the monthly price I pay, my investment has gone far! The team is great as well.

Let’s batch is full of false promises

Let’s batch is full of false promises. They take your money and provide zero services. I was a customer for three months, I had seen zero bookings from them when I tried to Collab with them on Instagram they would never respond, absolute waste of money, one of the worst marketing services I’ve ever encountered.
