I wish I could give them 0 stars, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee for a booking I made on the 13th because it was not cancelled on the 12th!!!! I literally tried to cancel 3 minutes after booking because they charged me $125 more than what the original price was quoted.

Anytime that I get discounts on trips, tickets etc, it is always so easy to do and I find we get a great experience at a decent price

This process has taken me through several other site to claim my purchases.

It was pretty easy but I selected 2 tickets on the aisle in the orchestra to the right. I had neck surgery, so it was important not to have to turn my head. I filled out information and credit card info and got an email saying those seats were no longer available - choose another selection. I got the 2 seats next to it which were not available when I first came on the site - so seemed a little odd. Hope my card was not lifted!

We used TicketsAtWork to purchase a Sams Club membership. There was some confusion about the Terms and Conditions since during the checkout process you see the terms for Sams Club before you see the Terms of Sale for TicketsAtWork.
This is somewhat confusing.
However, the TicketsAtWork representative contacted us to address the problem which we truly appreciated.
This company does stand by its customers and does seem to care a lot about the customer experience.
We appreciate this about TicketsAtWork.

I have only used this company 1 time and it will be my last. Booked a room last month for one night and it booked me for 2 rooms. Called immediately to explain that I only needed one, they told me I would receive a refund for the second room. They asked me to give them 3 days. Here it is a month later, I've spoken to a rep each week since, still no refund. I spoke with a supervisor who was supposed to call me back, she didn't. I've never had problems like this with Expedia or any other service I used. I even had to give them the hotel supervisors name to keep on file just because it's been so long an I don't want this to be looked over or forgotten .

Tried booking a hotel in Arcadia/Pasadena California on Thursday night 4/2/26 and the first error message I received was “hotel data doesn’t match, please try again” so I tried booking the same hotel again then received an timed out error message. I proceeded to check my email for a confirmation including checking the spam/junk folder and there was no confirmation email. Next I checked my transactions on my credit card and nothing was posted or pending from them at this time. So then I went back the website and tried a different hotel and received the timed out error message again. Once again I check my email for a confirmation including checking my credit card account to see if I had been charged which at the moment i had not been charged yet. Since I need the hotel for end of the next week 4/9/26-4/12/26 I went directly to the hotel website and booked a room there and it immediately charge my credit card and sent a confirmation. On Saturday 4/4/26 I received an email confirmation for the last attempt on the tickets at work website 48hrs later but never received a confirmation for the other first two attempts to book through the website. This prompted me to check my credit card statement again and I discovered I was charged for each attempt for a total of $2000. I immediately called customer service and told them the issue and the booking that I did finally receive a confirmation for was able to be cancelled pretty much immediately and I saw a pending refund on my credit card account by Sunday. The customer service agent told me that they would cancel the the other two bookings and then “send a ticket to the 3rd party company they book hotels through” explaining the issue and requesting a refund but could not guarantee that I would get one and that I should get information within 72 hours. Now it’s Tuesday and I received an email stating that they still have not heard back from the 3rd party booking company and that they will contact me again within 72 hours.
I contacted the hotel that they have not refunded me for yet and they’ve stated that the room was already canceled and that they never received any funds and that the 3rd party company doesn’t actually pay them until i check in.
I feel like this is a very bad business practice and that it’s very unfair for them to keep my $2000 for an issue with their website giving me error messages that are no fault of my own and not receiving any order confirmations within a timely matter.

EDIT - they WILL trick you and renege on their word. I filed a complaint w/ the Better Business Bureau of Florida and in that complaint response, they wrote that they were issuing a refund. They contacted me to arrange the details of the refund and after I sent them back the tickets they told me that I would not be issued a refund that I needed to contact insurance to file a claim. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
They do not vet concert ticket re-sellers or validity of tickets. I bought 2 tickets to a concert and a week before, Ticketmaster contacted me saying the tickets were canceled as they determined that the seller violated the terms of agreement. I opened a ticket w/ ticketsatwork and they told me the seller was able to acquire replacement tickets. By the time they responded to me, the flights had doubled in price and would have been spending over $1200 for flights alone. Ticketsatwork denied a refund. I don't even know what terms the seller violated so I don't feel comfortable accepting tickets and paying double the money w/ no guarantee that the tickets would actually work and that they won't be canceled the day before the concert.

They alerted me about the 1st rental I had because that airport did not have or was unable to for full. So, I had to redo the rental at a different location for about the same money

TicketsAtWork was really great when I had to cancel a tour after an injury. I was so excited to use them after that really positive experience that I immediately went to book a pretty expensive hotel with them. However, I learned the hard way there is an advertised “total” price for hotels on their page before you add it to your cart, and then there’s the real “total” ...
The price they listed was $45 lower than my credit card discounted deal. I assumed that “total” price included taxes and fees, just like the credit card total price did. After I clicked confirm, I realized the “total price” listed on the main page became a “subtotal” on the payment page. The price ended up costing more than $50 over the “total price” advertised!
I wasn’t paying attention because I literally just had a good experience with their customer service department, so I thought I’d just go with them and not get the miles with my credit card deal. Even though it’s only $10 more than the legit “total taxes and fees” cost from my credit card, I’m still really pretty outraged over that kind of misleading (if not downright deceptive) practice.
Once you hit confirm, that’s it … and there’s no refund or turning back because it’s last minute. So, I’m going to stay with them but they really lost all goodwill with me from the hard work their customer service agent put in to help me before.
Why couldn’t they just be honest and upfront…

Tickets are worth it, but don't work on all formats -- meaning you can't use one type of ticket and pay additional fee to upgrade, you need to buy the higher version of the ticket voucher. For me, the Premiere High Market E-Ticket (the 2nd level ticket) didn't work on Hail Mary RPX Movie. The Sherman Oaks Regal wouldn't allow me pay additional fee, it just didn't take the ticket voucher for this show saying this type of ticket didn't work, so I had to buy the Regal Premium Format E-Ticket. I'm sure I'll use the Premiere High Market E-Ticket later, but the site makes it sound like you can just do an upgrade at the Regal site and I could not.

They scammed me out of $407.76. I will never get an answer or my money back. Trip ID 1023547297. I purchased a flexible ticket option and they refused to assist me with rebooking the ticket. Worst part is my employer is not associated with them for employee discounts. It's a complete scam.

I have been on the phone over 1hour and 40 mins with ticketsatwork. I have been trying to confirm my reservation for a rental. The representative advise the order did not go through. I provided the confirmation number and waited on a voucher code, once code was received, the code did not work.
This is too much, now I sent the email to my desktop, thereafter the code took, thereafter, I provided the confirmation thereafter my card was charged twice.
I am truly over ticketsatwork. I am still holding for a refund that will take 3-8 days.
I was informed by others that this site is not helpful, they are truly correct. However, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, and sure enough the consumers were right.
