Watch out for bait and switch pricing…
Watch out for bait and switch pricing and charges and site will obstruct from canceling when you figure it out. Made a hotel booking was advertised w/all fees 1014 and change clicked book now opens page w/breakdown showing total/subtotal 1014 saying 922 and change would be charged now and remaining 92.25 would pay at hotel but after confirming booking the confirmation letter said my card was charged 1065.27 and hotel pay 92.25 with new total 1157.27. The cxl policy said I had till 12am to cancel and was 1030pm but the site would not let me cancel. They weren't open to call so I called the next day and even though it was obvious they charged my card an unauthorized amount and breached the booking amount I agreed they refused to cancel and refund quoting the cxl policy even though I told I tried to cancel immediately but the website wouldnt let me. Terrible customer service and try to say you need to contact the vendor but the vendor says they need to contact them and they need to cancel and refund since they have your money.
