I paid for 3 years (182,07 €). According to you confirmation the LEI expires after 1 year (i.e. June 15, 2024). I am not willing to accept this. Please correct your statement.

Thanks for taking the time to feed back. LEIs must be technically be "renewed" annually, but we offer a multi-year option to make that easy. We've reviewed the email content that is sent after an LEI is issued, and this is not clear. The emails are in the process of being updated to avoid future confusion. However in your case, don't worry, the LEI is subscribed for 3 years. At each point of renewal we automatically check whether any of your organisation details have changed, and if needed, we will be in touch to confirm. But you don't need to do anything at renewal point. Thanks again for the feedback.

There was an issue with renewing my LEI, the correspondence is only by email. Nobody can help and talk to you by phone to guidance you through the process. It took more than a week to solve this problem.

It’s a shame to read that you feel that you did not receive the same level of service that we’re known for. Naturally we have investigated your complaint and I’ve taken the time to explain to you via the timeline of events in their entirety. I have not heard back from you.
It appears that your summary is disingenuous. Our records show that our client service staff did try to call you via phone, but when they couldn’t reach you, sent emails. You are right however that it took over a week to resolve your issue, in fact it took from April 25 to May 11. I think it’s unfair to suggest that this delay was caused by RapidLEI when we did all we could to help you. Our records show that between April 25 and May 8, you did not reply to any of our messages.
The complexity of your case was due to you trying to renew an LEI for a Legal Entity that was inactive. When explaining this to you, you wanted to abandon the original application instead wanting the LEI for a completely different entity. We even went so far as to issue you an LEI for this different entity free of charge. Once the free LEI was issued to your new entity, we never heard back from you. At least until we received a one star review for helping you solve your problem with a free LEI.
It doesn’t seem fair to me, but we’re happy that the problem was finally resolved and your new LEI for your new entity has been issued.

Several issues and recommendations
Does not allow to save work completed as clearly more information than expected is required and took days to track down. Not clear the system can handle partnerships and the system should lead through adding appropriate documents. Should be a bullet point list of requirements needed to complete the process: ie, the items you will need to complete the process. Some of us are not corporate secretaries, so getting the information required takes time. Also, i paid for a three year renewal but for some reason the renewal is set for one year. also, it picked up my personal email for some reason. on the whole, not a great process.
