Super quick and amazing service for a complicated entity. Better than the competition by a mile.

The website with its automatic retrieval of all data was good. The system feedback of when data had been accepted, such as signing authority, was confusing. Otherwise process was simple and reasonably quick.

About 10000% better than the London stock exchange's equivalent service.

The online application process does take some time but was very easy. The interface they have put together is fantastic. Also, queries were answered very quickly.

Had a few issues during the checkout process, but after the support team got on the matter everything went super smooth. Maybe the fastest support response time(s) I've ever since from an online support team

It took 3 hours and we had a Legal Entity Identifier!
The whole process ran really smooth, most data was sourced automatically from the local trade register. I probably spent an hour working on it, support by Ubisecure was almost instantaneous. Nothing left to wish for!

RapidLEI made the process of getting an LEI for our business straightforward, making the experience simple and guiding us through the process.

Cannot understand and you did not reply as to why you need to have proof of signatory.
You are required to issue an LEI to a company. You have no financial engagement with the company for you to request proof of who signs and binds the company.
With whatever Bank or investment company the company engages in the future, would have the task and responsibility to ask for proof of signatory.
Following your reply we comment as follows
The documentation requires that a signatory signs the application form either physically or electronically. Nowhere however it states that it is your responsibility to check and verify that the person who signs is an authorised signatory. It is the applicant's responsibility signing and confirming that he/she is a signatory and not your responsibility to verify this fact
Have enquired with other LEI registering agents and they do not have this verification of signatory in their requirements. It may seem a minor point but in our view, it is a violation of personal details for no apparent reason.
We urge you to take up the matter yourselves with the appropriate body GLEIF rather than asking us, as an individual, to do so!
