Seamless and Efficient process

Seamless process

The online process, to apply for an LEI number, was simple and easy to follow. Overall my experience was excellent, without any issues, and I was kept in the loop regarding the process of my application constantly. The biggest win with RapidLEI is the turnaround time.

Fairly quick and easy

Fairly quick and easy. Wasn't obvious that financials were required as I had selected to send articles and other evidence of the parentco ownership but otherwise very smooth.

Urgent Issue

We urgently needed to get an LEI renewed and Wenjie Jiang was extremely helpful and responsive and got it done for us in a timely manner! We greatly appreciate the support we received from Wenjie Jiang.

-1 Live Support Lacking

Lost the fifth star when they didn't answer the phone to support me while I was completing the process during regular business hours. I did not get a hoped-for callback, but they did email the next day (when I was unavailable). While this caused a 48-hour delay, overall the process was troublefree.
