Hi I ordered from Randall’s for the 1st time last week very fast delivery great sweets

I ordered 30th November and parcel was delivered 5th December. One of the freeze dried sweets had only 3 sweets in and was quite crushed. Never had a problem before

Randalls themselves were great. Despite not finding a phone number on their website a quick Google search located it and I rang and got the additional info I needed (no weight info against products). All the items were packed well including the crisps so arrived without being crushed.
However despite sending overnight for next day delivery by APC and getting various updates directly from APC they didn’t arrive and were a day late.

Items are nice, but not nearly enough included for the price IMO. I know import tax is expensive, but I would’ve expected a few more things in the box, especially because the box it arrives in is huge.

Item was damaged in post due to poor packaging and no replacement was offered. I was effectively told, "Oops... These things happen." As it was an edible item purchased as a gift, I wouldn't want to be given it myself, let alone give it to someone else. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again.

Fantastic company! Easy to use website, ordered and delivered the next day! Couldn’t believe it, Unheard of when living all the way south! Will be ordering again.

I can’t explain how much trust I have ordering from Randall’s the people that work there seem absolutely lovely from what I’ve seen on tiktok and the TikTok lives. They give so much care and understanding to their customers it’s just so lovely to see and experience.

Great service from this company. Only minor issue was one item was unexpectedly out of stock but they substituted in a duplicate of another item I had on the same order so no major issue really. Kept updated throughout the delivery process. Items came extremely well packed, good dates on them and no damage.

The delivery is always really quick and I love supporting small businesses that offer great customer service.
