I was looking for a nice selection of sweets for my 12 year old granddaughter when I found the sweetstore website. I found they offered an incredible choice of sweets, and when they arrived was pleased to find that the nice looking jar could not have been any fuller!
Nicely packaged, the contents were of a very high quality. I would definitely use the sweet store again.

Solved issue impeccably
Never had a bad experience until recently when the order was very wrong ( not a massive issue for most people but when you have a neurodivergent child it is a massive issue!!) however it was solved quickly and I can only commend this company - will use again despite recent issue as my daughter loves them ( as do I ) 100% would recommend ❤️

Some of the sweets were old stock
Some of the sweets were old stock, sugar coating falling off. Balance of each chosen was off (I like cherry coke bottles, but not that much more than wine gums!)
The separate “Japanese” sweets are UK sweets I can get from the bossman shop for £1

Thank you for your feedback. We’d just like to reassure you that none of our sweets are old stock. All our sweets are fresh, and we take the quality of our products very seriously. Occasionally, sugar coatings can come loose during handling or transit, but this isn't an indication that the sweets are old.
Regarding the balance of your pick and mix, we appreciate everyone has their favourites, and we're sorry the selection wasn't quite to your liking.
As for the Japanese sweets, all our products are clearly displayed on our website with their descriptions and prices, so customers can see exactly what they're purchasing before placing an order. We completely understand that some products may be available elsewhere at different prices, but ultimately, every customer has the choice of what they'd like to purchase and whether they're happy with the price.
