In order to get the best deal I was advised that I could order online, not feeling confident about doing this I asked if I could do so on my phone whilst in the store. George (from the Dumbarton branch), was happy to help and talked me through the process. His customer service was excellent and I will now get my currency from there from now on.

Just been in your Whitehaven Branch for my euros and was served by a lovely bubbly helpful lady called Lisa who was somewhat jealous that we going away on Tuesday to Lanzarote leaving her behind but couldn't of been anymore delighted for us and wishing us the most lovely and enjoyable holiday.
