Perfect, ordered currency and shortly after got notification to collect

Visited your branch in the Bridges shopping centre in Sunderland today & was served by a lady called Louise. What a lovely woman she is took the time to explain to me all the about the travel card but unfotunatley I had no I.D with me so I just bought Euros but she is an absolute credit to the shop. The other women there are just as friendly & will take those few extra minutes with you to make sure you leave happy with what you have purchased. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to my friends & family.

Online ordering is easy and straight forward. Pick up of order quick. Staff are friendly and polite. Many thanks to Lisa at the Whitehaven branch for her courteous service.

In order to get the best deal I was advised that I could order online, not feeling confident about doing this I asked if I could do so on my phone whilst in the store. George (from the Dumbarton branch), was happy to help and talked me through the process. His customer service was excellent and I will now get my currency from there from now on.
