Great rates

Visited the Bootle New Strand store and obtained foreign currency. Karen and Sophie were so helpful and explained how the Ramsdens multi currency card worked so I signed up and felt reassured that it was a good choice for me. I feel I could call back anytime if I was struggling with the card. Great customer service.

I went into the Bradford Broadway branch to collect Euros. All staff were great & explained everything well. The cashier appeared to be new & being trained but did a great job! Highly recommended.

Good experience, just abit annoying that when I went in branch they couldn't offer me the same price as ordering online. I did in the end order online, it said once booked it would be ready for collection on the Saturday, however wasnt until the Monday.

I would like to thank Joanne at the Bridges Sunderland branch personally for her exceptional customer service. It was a highly emotional visit as I am selling my late Dad's estate. I have never sold anything at Ramsden's before and Joanne was so helpful every step of the way. There was lots to go through, she was so patient and so kind and made me feel comfortable that I was in the right place and getting a great price. I am also travelling to Amsterdam later in the month so she helped me with some Euros which meant I was entered in the monthly prize draw. Very happy with the service I received and if I have any further needs for currency or have jewellery to sell, or both! I will not hesitate to visit Ramsden's in the Bridges Sunderland again. Thank you, you made everything so easy, I was blown away with the value and you were so kind, I really appreciated it.

Staff were excellent ordered my euros online and already there to pick. A seamless process.
However the staff there told me the rates of exchange were better in store than online.
Your website didn't confirm this so what is happening.

Ramsdens offers a very good exchange rate. They are very easy to order and store collection is often offered the same day.
