Didn't get the rate on the euros as stated on the website!!!

I went to exchange pounds for Euros and ended up with a Ramsden's currency card. I wasn't sure about this, however, Ellie was so helpful explaining the benefits of the card and then setting the app up on my phone. It was completely painless and I was very grateful for the help she gave me. Thanks for that 👍

Ordered some foreign currency online, had checked the rates of other places first and Ramsdens were second best, the difference was negligible, I decided to go with them as I could pick up from my local store whilst I was in doing some shopping.
