Watch received in good time, easy to set up. Tested alert and fall function before gifting to parent, all worked well. Not the prettiest of watches and would benefit from more of the functionality of fitbit or galaxy smartwatches. Offers security for wearer and family but smartwatch is missed.

Please use Royal Mail tracked delivery for something as important as this. The Courier simply threw the package over the garden gate where it lay in the grass until spotted. No attempt to deliver to the door.

Right from the very start when I enquired about purchasing this item I was told exactly what to do to obtain the bleeper, what the payments would be and how to use it. I ordered one and it arrived within 2/3 days of ordering. I am extremely happy with it and it gives peace of mind and if anything happens to me I just have to press the button, which I wear round my neck, and I'm in touch with someone who can help me, especially if you live on your own like I do.you

Arrived quickly with comprehensive instructions to set up. With help from younger generation swapped necklace for wrist strap. Easy to wear and speaker loud enough to hear in most locations of our home.

Ordered item on 6/5/25 with 2 to 3 day delivery. Not only no delivery or updates as to progress of delivery when I contacted radius connector to confirm order was with courier they were unable to verify

Unit arrived as planned. Easy self installation with prompts from the unit. Great response from Julie-Ann when I did first test. All very reassuring. So glad I have got this installed.

I would love to give it more stars but it has nt arrived yet, ordered in tues morning, now sunday and still no sign , but i m sure it ll be worth the wait

I was setting this up on behalf of my Mum and received the wrong alarm. My Mum hadn’t returned home from rehab at this stage so it wasn’t the end of the world but if she had have been, she’d have been left with no alarm for a few days. It was registered to someone else. This was quickly resolved however I was told the wrong one would be collected by DPD within a few days and that still hasn’t happened over a week ago. This meant another phone call to radius. The phone lines to Radius do not always have a clear connection for some reason. Everyone was lovely that I spoke too but not the best experience

Easy to follow

Sorry we have not been able to review your product because we have not been able to use it . The patient has been in hospital a few days after we started to use it and he is now going to rehab which means he will not be at home to use it.?

When I had difficulty setting up the system technical team so supportive and as I am lacking in this department they explained all so simply

I inadvertently set of the alarm and all 3 contacts were contacted.

Quick response and understanding that Mum was testing the system. Its reassurance to the rest of the family that she can contact help so quickly if ever needed.

Excellent communication with very friendly and helpful staff. Very impressed with the people and the product.
