Very happy with the service we got when we ordered my mum the alarm pendant.

Excellent service & puts our minds at rest knowing someone is at the other end of the phone if alerted by bracelet

I feel that my husband after his recent stroke is more content and secure since I signed up to Radius.

The service is very good
BUT
the watch does not suit a small wrist. The watch is too chunky and the strap goes on forever.

The staff from Radius were extremely helpful when I rang to enquire about a helpline for my mum. It was very easy to install and it gives us peace of mind that mum can just press her button if she needs help. I would definitely recommend Radius.

This is a great help and unfortunately had the occasion to use it. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Delivery was prompt & set up was simple. It has taken some time to recognise the beep that tells me it needs to be plugged in for power.

From my first call to your company I was well informed and reassured at all times. On receipt of the apparatus the guide was very straight forward.

This is for the safety of elderly people and not all elderly people have access to the internet which this new panic button needs to be set up ,now she has to go to extra expense to connect to internet!!

It gives my elderly father and myself peace if mind that if something happens to him that i can be contacted.

It was easy to start the application online and this was quickly followed up by a sales representative who talked me through the process. The call button arrived within 3 days and the setting up was straight forward.

8My mother is 90 years of age and is reliant on this service. Alarm went of to say it was a test and when she push button as requested was unable to get through just message to say call would be answered as soon as possible.
When she finally got through was to they were short staffed and only 2 staff on duty until 8am next morning.
I wonder what would have happened had she fallen etc and needed help
So she has now chosen to terminate her contract as they also Increased price from £9 to £15 per month and she is fearful if she needed help immediately it would not be available

Quick, easy and efficient service and delivery. Product easy to install and for service user to operate. Test calls were gentle and welcoming.

Response time was immediate when needed on couple of occassions. Highly recommended.

The emergency call system was easily installed and works well after several test calls.

The alarm system was super easy to set up right from the initial conversation with the adviser to having it in place at home. Great peace of mind both for my Dad, the wearer and the rest of my family. Thankyou!
