Service and price were great
Service and price were great. Delivery firm let you down and the rack I got was a little flimsy at the mid point where they join. Had to tape them up and screw them to the wall to reinforce. Took off one star for this.
I would use them again.

Racking solutions are brilliant
Racking solutions are brilliant. I ordered some wire shelving with casters for all my seed trays. They are great quality, great price and perfect for the job as I can use all four shelves and turn the racks easily on the casters as they seeds germinate and grow.

The actual shelves quality is…
The actual shelves quality is definitely good will made and robust,
the only downside is assembling it is a nightmare, as each shelf has hook clamps to assemble them, the hooks very tightly designed and not easy hook them on the pole brackets, you need to use rubber hammer, and very time you fix the second hook or shelve the previous shelve get unhooked, which is annoying as you need to keep going back and forth on each shelf to fix them, ideally need two person to assemble it, but when it fixed it’s definitely worth the money compared to other shelves with same price bracket

Well built and sturdy
Well built and sturdy. Erecting the shelving isn’t difficult, I did it alone, however, it’s going to be a lot easier with a second pair of hands. The orange and blue also looks good. I’m pleased!

New racking for bowling club shed
Ordering the racking was easy. I spoke to staff prior to ordering who were very helpful. Goods were delivered in 2 days. Easy to assemble as all parts were in boxes and it’s great quality very strong.

My first order was great,just a couple…
My first order was great,just a couple of chipped boards which you replaced. Service was excellent. Unfortunately my last order was not as good. Two of the blue uprights were bent at the ends ,and five of the support structures were bent.
All four shelves were chipped on the corners.
I needed to get on with the job so didn’t bother to complain. Was able to straighten things out and it looks Ok.
I would hope that this was a one off.

The steel racking is relatively easy to…
The steel racking is relatively easy to put together and quite strong. The shelving is mdf which is only 5mm thick, NOT as advertised on the website 7mm. This is not too bad but obviously the mdf will not be able to support as much weight. I varnished the mdf before installing which is not mentioned in the instructions.Overall the garage racking is a decent quality. But time will tell how it stands up to a cold shed.

Good products, good prices, great service.
The racking was just what I was after - the correct dimensions and it matched some racking I had bought previously. It was at a good price and promptly delivered. Unfortunately, one pack of shelves had obviously been dropped on one corner resulting in damage to all five. I raised this with Racking Solutions, who immediately offered to despatch five new shelves. To avoid wasting the five damaged shelves and the impacts of the extra transport, the shelves could still be used, I requested and received a partial refund. Many thanks. Otherwise, the racking was good quality and easy to assemble. Would I use Racking Solutions again? Certainly.
