I purchased 3 of their mascara toppers and they are absolutely beautiful, I use them daily on my bottom lashes for the perfect touch of colour and sparkle. Definitely recommend and will order more

Both of the palettes are stunning and the packaging is a piece of art🤩

I brought both chapter 1 and 2 eyeshadow palettes and firstly such quick delivery everything was packaged so well. Secondly the design of the packaging is truly unique such a collectors piece. Thirdly the mattes are so pigmented and bendable and the shimmers are stunning and there are different shimmer formulas. Will definitely be picking up every chapter in this series

My experience was great because the website was very easy to navigate and my package arrived in a very timely manner! I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the packaging was. Shipping was quicker than I expected (I’m in California). It took an about a week and a half from placing my order for my package to arrive. I am very pleased with all the items I received. I ordered some loose pigments, the black base, gel base, a couple lip glosses, a few mascaras and a palette. Love the quality of everything.

I've looked at their products for probably two years now before I actually decided to make a purchase. These are not inexpensive items, and I am on a fixed income of Social Security, as I am retired.

I bought a mascara topper and a mascara; black diamond and celestial silver.

My first jolt to reality was finding out the products were coming from China, I truly thought they were coming from New Zealand. I don't purchase from China because they do animal testing. This is not stated anywhere on their website. I found out only by getting the shipping notice from China.

It took 12 days to get the product, that is not fast shipping and yes, I did pay the shipping cost.

The items arrived this morning, and I eagerly went to test them. The black diamond mascara showed no actual glimmer, no suggestion, no hope that there really was a shimmer in it. It was plain black mascara that I paid a good amount of money for that wasn't even water resistant. The topper, celestial silver clumped over the mascara. When I used a separate wand to remove the clumps, it took off all the silver color too.

I saw lots of color/shimmer on the pad I used to remove both mascaras though! Unfortunately, that's the only place because it certainly wasn't on my eyelashes.

I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to trying other products in the line and that is not happening now. What a waste of time, money, and anticipation.

UPDATE REPLY: the mascara was dry when I added the topper, since this was a test to see how it worked I was not sitting just doing make up. There was I'm going to guess at least 15 minutes between putting mascara on and using the topper.

As for the other mascara with the silver flecks, I used two coats. I did not do more because it was already quite thick (I normally use a spoolie if it gets clumpy on my eyelashes because the product is thicker) and I didn't want "spider leg "eyelashes.

I had the pleasure of trying not one but two palettes from this brand. Not only was the formula amazing quality but the brand was extremely friendly-super fast with shipping and delivered exactly what they promised. I can’t wait to see what this brand continues to produce

I purchased oceanic symphony pigment, gel primer and mixing medium. The colors in the pigment are phenomenal. I've worn it at a rock festival and to a few Florida theme parks and it still looks amazing by the end of night. I'm already working on my next order. From time of purchase to delivery was 6 business days. I also LOVE that their products are vegan and cruelty free.

I’m so pleased I’ve found an NZ-owned company who makes good quality and one-of-a-kind makeup products! I’ve bought many of Question Beauty’s raw pigments, their gel and liquid primers, mascara, and lipgloss and all have been even lovelier in person than advertised. I’m really impressed with the quality and the fact their micas are synthetic (sustainable) and safe to wear. Their liquid mixer is versatile and is use it with other products (like pomade). So far all interactions with them have been positive and their products have shipped quickly and intact.

I first used this company 2 weeks ago and ordered a red/gold lip gloss. Wow! Its great! The colour is really pigmented and changes colour from a burgundy red to gold! Its so pretty and shimers. Glides on easily and lasts well.
This is a very good high quality product and I recommend it.
My delivery only took 2 weeks to arrive to me in the cotswolds in the UK.
I love this lip gloss so much , that I will purchase more as well as the amazing mascaras that they have.
I'm looking forward to trying them all!

Incredibly disappointed. I have received two faulty mascaras with absolutely no product inside. Question Beauty is refusing to send a replacement or refund. I feel like I’ve be scammed. I’m really disappointed.

In response to their reply, I have sent pictures and had no response! You have now blocked me on social media and won’t reply to my messages. THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I own both of their palettes, some Lipgloss and 2 Mascara. The palettes are insanely good, the mattes are so pigmented and the shimmers are super pretty. Lipgloss are just stunning! The purple mascara is purple 💜 and I got the frosted lilac mascara and the shimmer on the lashes is very pretty. It's not too much but definitely noticeable. Overall definitely recommend the brand and I can't wait for her third palette to launch ❤️

Chapter 1 and 2 Eyeshadow Palettes are not only beautiful, the formula for the mattes are so buttery and blend with ease. The shimmers are extremely smooth and impactful. They have not creased on my lids either which my lids are picky and like to crease my shimmers. No issues with these beauties!!!! Question Beauty on social media has liked all my Question Beauty posts and used a few of my pictures which is an absolute honor.

Ordered the glittery mascara. So excited to add some bling to my lashes. Item received from CHINA, not NZ and the contents are dry and don't transfer to your lashes. When you contact them, they tell you that you are putting it on wrong. Well, it doesn't look ANYTHING like the photos or videos they post. The tube is DRY.. Waste of money.

Response from Question Beauty is a joke. They want you to jump through hoops by sending videos of how I am applying it and what the wand looks like. AND they were so kind as to give me a $15 credit to purchase another item from their site. How about you admit I got a crappy tube of dried up mascara. I’m not demanding a refund, but I am asking for someone to say.. Yep, we sent you crap.
