Tried quite a few items so far, pigments are amazing and unique jar design is so good for usage and keeping it safe. Palettes I’ve tried are awesome as well, super pigmented and multuchroming.

I’ve purchased many items from Question Beauty and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their products. I especially love their eyeshadow palettes. You can tell how much care and thought has gone into each colour story and component (not to mention the stunning artwork on the packaging!). I’ve also had great experiences with their customer service and social media teams. They’re always quick to respond and genuinely supportive when customers share their looks. I have been using question beauty’s mascaras for about a year now and they work great. I especially love the red and white ones, they’re very pigmented.

My first time trying question beauty products and omg I'm in love with both lip glosses! You can definitely see the glitter in both shades, I highly recommend & I'll definitely be buying more products soon. Only took two weeks to get here and I'm happy with that.

The colours are really spectacular and I get comments every day. After my first purchase I went back and bought more immediately. Prompt delivery to Australia too.

Edited to add 4/11/25: the company provided a refund after I quoted the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act but they proceeded to flag this review as “defamatory” content because they don’t like what I’ve said. Absolutely heinous behaviour. I urge you not to compromise your safety with their unsealed, bland and undeclared drop-shipped products.

Bought from this brand as a NZ customer based in NZ. Product is being drop-shipped directly from China to NZ, taking 3+ weeks to be delivered. This is completely contradictory to the statements made on Trustpilot as recently as 24th August 2025 that they have "multiple warehouses in the US, NZ and China" - if they truly did, you'd think they'd have shipped to an NZ customer from their NZ warehouse...

Shipping aside, there are several other issues. I bought one of their mascara toppers. I was sent the wrong colour (understandable). While this is not the biggest issue in the world (mistakes happen), the quality control and safety control on this product is heinous. The mascara arrived with absolutely no seal of any kind on the bottle - no tape, no clamshell packaging, no cardboard sleeve, not even a dedicated box. It was loosely packed in a transparent plastic sleeve, in simple black packaging with standard Arial font saying "Question Beauty" and ingredient stickers that are already hanging off by a thread when the product is brand new. It looks exactly like AliExpress mascaras you can buy and "customise" with text for a few dollars, but is being sold for $36NZD, not including shipping. I absolutely refuse to put this product anywhere near my eyes because there is no guarantee that it has been unopened with no seal of any kind to be seen. I have been buying mascara for the last 25 years of my life and have never purchased one without some kind of safety seal.

I have asked to return and refund the product but I was offered a discount code to buy more of this unsafe product instead, with a "helpful hint" that they're running a "3 for 2" deal so I can buy even more untrustworthy, unsealed mascara to put on my eyes which will take 3+ weeks to ship from their "NZ business" to this NZ customer - no thanks. I suspect they will refuse to pay for return shipping despite having sent me the WRONG product, even though they are obliged to cover this cost under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

In summary, don't buy from them if you're expecting a safe product or if you think you're supporting an NZ business.

Wow, look no further than question Beauty for fabulous pigmented shadows, the eye pallets and lip glosses are fabulous and their customer service is excellent , try them out you wont be disappointed.

The service and communication and delivery time was great. I have been buying products from them for 2 years. The lip glosses are my favorite product they are smooth and easy to apply and last longer than any other multichome glosses I own 5 colors and want to buy the rest. When I wear them I get compliments every time and asked what I have used. I do makeup looks for Instagram and I cosplay Harley Quinn and other characters and I always have to tell people that the products they ask where I got them is from question beauty. I love the flowers butterfly 🦋 and the primer and loose shadows which don't creases on my 44 year old hooded eyes. My favourite product is the glosses but i can't wait to try the pallettes and blushes and the setting sprays in my next order which will be next week for Halloween supplies.

I have tried many brands of makeup but this is the worst. The “Dark Flame” loose pigment does NOT look like how it does on their page. Which is so sad because I feel in love with the color when I first saw it. But no it’s a patchy black when not in the sun and in the sun has slight reddish pink glitter to it… it’s supposed to be this pretty dark red. And you have to use a lot of it to get somewhat of a solid color. I got another loose pigment in “holo amethyst” which is the only reason why I gave this two stars instead of one because that one is kinda pretty. Then to get free shipping I got a third product the “rose holo” shimmer lip gloss. It’s so sticky it’s gross and there’s bits of like a dark silver glitter or something in it that totally ruins it. It’s like this beautiful rainbow sparkle and then pieces of dark glitter that does not match the shade at all. Overall severely disappointed.

These shadows are a dream! The palletes are small… but mighty ! The matts are buttery and blend well. The shimmers are ethereal, which is so in this season! They also sent me a pigment which I Havnt used alot yet however I’m using it for London fashion week for my designs . I cannot wait for chapter three! And to try the lip products more pigments and the mascaras! If only I was on the PR list (hint hint)

The makeup is easy to use even for a beginner like me to achieve a dramatic special event look. The shifting colour powder means a simple application looks more skilled and complex. The website has lots of concise tutorials. Using black primer as a base allowed the shifting colour powder to look its best. I then set it with their body mist setting spray. At the end of the night, it all removed easily with makeup removing wipes.

Makeup arrived safely, packaged well in a box with bubble wrap and shredded paper.

I plan to buy more of their special products. Question Beauty make makeup fun and easy.

I bought a mascara and have used as topper and on own and not one bit of glitter is noticeable either way. When you look at the pictures online it is completely different and definitely not worth the money! I also wanted it for holiday but came too late and took over 2 weeks for delivery. Don’t waste your money there is no sign of glitter when using to pimp up your mascara. They have eventually offered for me to return to New Zealand at my own expense and if they deem it to be faulty they will refund or replace - disgusting service and a rubbish product!
