Ordered a few glosses and the peach setting spray to take on holiday so haven’t had a chance to wear properly but I did do swatches of the lipglosses and the pigmentation and the sparkle is so insanely gorgeous!!! It’s gives major ethereal island fairy vibes and I can’t wait to wear them and order more ✨

I bought some lipgloss from question beauty after watching many videos and loving the colors.. when it arrived I loved it more then I thought I would because I have tried to buy some lipgloss from the online ads of other companies before and I was disappointed many times… but this company is truly one that looks like it does in the ads. So I made a bigger order and I can’t wait to receive it!!!! Thanks question beauty for making a great product for this color loving lady.

First time I have ever taken a leap of faith and tried and unknown cosmetic company’s from outside of Canada. I was blown away with the quality and customer service. The product is so good and really does last. The pigments are fine ground and go on without clumping or creasing. When mixed with the mixing medium it becomes and amazing liquid liner that pops. Worth every dollar. Thank you Question Beauty.

The products are very high quality. I bought the gel primer, the black primer, and one of the loose glitter pigments. (Keep in mind, I do not have experience with any of these kind of products, I had a look in mind and was wingin' it)

For the gel primer, don't make my mistake, make sure you follow the recommendation of only using the *tiniest* amount on your lid. I used too much and it made the pigment look splotchy (in hindsight, they warn you against using too much in their instructional videos). For the black pigment- it is VERY pigmented and a little goes a LONG way. However it does make the pigments stand out very nicely. As for the pigment- the one I bought was a VERY fine and lightweight powder to the point that I saw myself touching it, but could not actually feel myself making contact. I was a tiny bit scared to breathe too deep around it, but worry not- it did not *poof* everywhere, and even though I used too much gel primer, and it was a little splotchy, it still looked incredible.

There WILL BE fallout from the glitter dust. Prepare accordingly. I had some tape on hand to clean up the fallout.

10/10. Loved the product, and now that I have it, I can practice with it. Looking forward to that :)

Super happy with this brand! I wish I ordered more because I love the product I got! I got a glittery setting spray and WOW! I did some quick test sprays on my arms and legs in the morning, forgot about it, and for the WHOLE day and night I was a shiny star, and it stayed smelling yummy despite it being a hot day! I really can't wait to try more from this brand. The order arrived well within estimated times and the product was exactly like advertised.

I ordered the Gold Topper Mascara from Question Beauty, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I could only see the effect on my lower lashes, not the upper ones, and it definitely didn’t give the results shown in the videos or photos. From reading other reviews, it seems this is a common issue, so it may just not suit all lash types.
I attempted to cancel my order after receiving it. Returning the product to New Zealand would have cost over £15, which seemed disproportionate compared to the item cost. The company refunded the product price (£21) but did not refund the original shipping (£4.86). While I understand international sellers may have their own policies, this part of the process was frustrating and made it harder to exercise a cancellation.
Overall, the mascara may work for some, but it didn’t suit me, and the returns/refund process for international buyers is complicated and costly.

Their website is easy to navigate. I ordered an eyeshadow palette, it came in a reasonable amount of time. But the quality is where I get the 5 stars. The mattes are nice and pigmented and the shimmers are out of this world. Just fantastic and very impactful. The cost of the palette was perfect with the quality of the item. I am so happy that when I get another palette it will come from them.

I had a great experience with question beauty. Here’s my review of a lip pie I ordered through a Facebook ad. It came on time, well packaged, no issues:
This is the prettiest lip gloss I’ve ever owned. It looks exactly like the picture. It goes on nice and feels great - not sticky or gritty. It is a gloss and it has the staying power of a gloss - not a ton of- but it doesn’t have that tight dry feeling long wear products do and that’s a trade I happily make. Plus it’s so fun to reapply! Nice packaging. Everything about it is exactly like the pictures. I ordered this blindly off a Facebook add against my better judgement but the bronze mirage color was EVERYTHING I wanted so I risked it and man did it pay off. Just buy it. You’ll love it.

My order was lost and was immediately replaced with a new one. The customer service is excellent. Now I'm waiting to see the product and I'll leave another review if I like it or not. I just wanted to leave a review about the company and how they addressed my problem immediately.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I placed an order during the night (Friday to Saturday) and requested cancellation only a few hours later, on Saturday morning. Despite this, the company refused to cancel the order, claiming it had already progressed too far in their system.In reality, it is very hard to believe that an international order could have been physically processed and shipped within such a short time and during the weekend. The only solution offered was an international return at my own expense, which is completely unreasonable and effectively makes cancellation impossible.
The customer service was polite in tone but completely inflexible and unwilling to find a fair, human solution. As an international customer, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering, as cancelling or returning seems unnecessarily difficult and costly.
This experience has completely discouraged me from shopping with this company again.

I have been following the brand for a couple of years and finally was able to order from them for a late Christmas present. One of the best decisions ever! I ordered the Chapter III: Guardian of the Lagoon eyeshadow palette because the aqua shimmer shade called out to me instantly.
Let me just say this; it has become my favourite eyeshadow palette of all time.
All the mattes are super pigmented, yet super easy to blend! I’ve created a lot of fun looks and get compliments all the time. But I have to say, the shimmers are exactly where it’s at. The aqua shimmer that I was excited for, ‘Sky below, did not disappoint at all. It shifts from an aqua, to a royal blue, then to almost a purple shift! The other shimmers are so breathtaking as well. If you love colourful looks, or something to use for a pop of colour with a more simpler look. Definitely a way to go. Will be ordering again from them in the future for sure!! I also love the fact that they’re a NZ brand. Especially since I’m Australian.

I ordered an eyeshadow palette, highlighter, and a mystery box from them because all of their advertising makes it look so beautiful. When I got them I loved absolutely everything! The eyeshadow is super pigmented, also really well protected with little white foam circles over the eyeshadow to keep it from getting damaged or spreading while shipping. I'm a little picky so I was a little worried about how the mystery box was going to go but I loved every single item in it and it even had some things I was already thinking about going back and buying anyway and I've loved using every one. My order was missing the free gift that was supposed to be included, but their customer service was fantastic, they responded right away and helped me pick a replacement gift and shipped it out free the next day. I'm in the US, and my order took about 3 weeks to ship and arrive, so be patient with arrival time. I already ordered again yesterday and I can't wait to try my next round of their products, overall highly recommend!

In September last year I purchased two units of mascara from Question beauty.
My experience with this entity has beed characterised by substandard product quality, misleading logistical information and significant lack of professional accountability.
Upon delivery, both items were found to be defective, exhibiting dry and flaky consistency. Notably, the product packaging lacked both a manufacture date and an expiration date. Furthermore, the website provided no prior indication that these goods were of Chinese origin.
The logistics involved were equally concerning. Despite paying a premium for shipping to New Zealand the parcel followed an inefficient transit route: from the manufacture in China to a secondary warehouse in China, then to a representative in Auckland and finally to Christchurch. Although the packaging was marked "overnight delivery"the shipment took nearly one moth to arrive.

Following my initial review on November 3, 2025, the company failed to address my concerns regarding product safety and shipping costs. It was not until January 25, 2026 - nearly three months later - that I received a response and offer to resolve my issue properly. I find the company's statement of providing a "24-hour response time" to be demonstrably false.

As a professional in paediatric oncology, I have repurposed the faulty product for use in our ward's playroom for doll makeup (diluted with saline solution). However, this does not excuse the company's failure to provide merchantable goods.
While Question beauty is registered in New Zealand, I have been unable to identify a physical address or phone number for the entity.
Although the delay in reporting this matter to NZ authority is due to extremely busy time for me before New Year and after, I believe the evidence I possess, including photographs of undated packaging, shipping labels and highly irregular "Quality Certificate", provided by Question beauty on my request, that lacked official standards and signatures - warrants investigation.

I strongly encourage any consumers who have experienced similar issues to lodge a formal complaint with the Commerce Commission New Zealand. I am happy to provide my full statement and all supporting documentation to assist in any official inquiry into this company's business practice.

I would stay clear of this company. I don’t know who their delivery partner is but I never received my order. Had to write to them 4-5 times. Two deliveries never arrived. I’ve now requested a refund.

I bought a black Friday bundle & fell in love so when I spotted a boxing day sale mystery bundle I chose the vip bundle....I've never been so glad I took a chance on a company I'd never used before normally a jefree star/YSL girl.... I tell everyone about question beauty....fantastic company with amazing products ....the mascaras and glitter highlighters are my personal 😍 but the mystery bundle gives me the opportunity to try others wooooooo...well done on creating a brand that delivers in a market saturated with brown n black kohl you've elevated the game with colourful and fun choices 👏 customer for life 👏 xxxxxx

Ordered 3 mascaras for special event and parcel arrived late, well after the estimated arrival date. Emailed 3 times to request to return items unopened for refund but have not received any response. Frosty - wand dry and tube empty. Oceanic Breeze & Turquoise Reef - pretty colours but takes multiple applications to get any kind of result, have tried all three with and without a base. Do not think these are worth $40+AUD each

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. So first, I bought the products with my own money. I have a thing for shiny eye pigments. The products alone are amazing, the videos don’t do the pigments justice. The color shifts in person are INSANE.
Then my order got stolen from my front door after delivery. The company did everything right on their end so I didn’t ask for a refund but they went out of their way to reach back out after I couldn’t find the package and asked for delivery verification, offering to replace the order. I almost cried honestly, I live in a rough part of town and have packages stolen all the time. The replacement shipped even faster and I tried them last night. AMAZING. I highly recommend this brand and can’t wait to try the palettes.
