I have just received my latest order and as always I am absolutely delighted. The loose eye shadow, halo amethyst and pink opaline are amazing. The shimmer that they provide is wonderful and I used it together with the mixing agent from Question beauty for the perfect look. I also ordered the new mascara, Twilight Serenade which is gorgeous a deep sparkle blue that compliments my blue mascara perfectly. I love this company and I can’t recommend them enough. Great products that keep giving especially if want something that little bit different.

I've only tried the mascaras, but the colours are great and fun. I love the sparkle. Sometimes I apply it lightly so its just a subtle look, but if going out, put it on normally. It lasts all day. I plan to buy more

Absolutely beautiful high quality makeup! I was worried that it was going to be really cheap feeling and not have the pigment I was looking for, however it blew me out of the water!! I love the loose pigment and is perfect for a smoky eye. I also got the mascara topper and the gel primer which worked so well and gave me a little more edge! I plan on ordering more colors because as a makeup artist you can never have too much!!

This makeup company knows how to make a girl feel magical! I had seen ads for the turquoise waters glitter mascara topper and I was skeptical because nothing looks as good in real life as it does online with good lighting effects and such. Not only did this mascara topper instantly elevate my makeup routine, it also makes me feel like the most magical mermaid every single day! It does not flake, it does not smudge, it stays right where it’s supposed to. It doesn’t get in my eyes, but it does catch the light in a truly gorgeous way, and leaves a beautiful sparkle in my eye. People are constantly amazed at my lashes and as an added bonus, it even matches my hair! As a colored hair girl, colored mascara to match adds such a whimsy and magic to my day. I love it so much! The ads I have seen are so accurate, but they still don’t do justice to the way this mascara topper absolutely sparkles!

I gave 5 stars because my order arrived relatively quick and was packaged well. But the real reason is that the products pop! They are beautiful! I had so many compliments when I wore my Playful Spring Lip Gloss and Dewy Rainbow highlighter. I also bought Emerald Waters and Celestial Mascara. So lovely 😍. I will buy from and recommend Question Beauty again.

I ordered the pink glittery setting spray and it's gorgeous and stays really well! This brand has a lot of pretty stuff I will definitely be buying from them again!

Order all mascara. It was gloopy and almost dried out. Literally nothing came off the wand. I asked for my money back They were willing but only if I returned the product to New Zealand at my expense, which clearly isnt worth it. They offered to send a replacement which I accepted. It turned up and was in the same condition as the first. Total waste of time and money. Rubbish product and service.

I have purchesed an order 2 weeks ago and paid for it. Until this day, nothing, it was not even shipped and arrived. When I send an email, I receive chat gpt answer that they will work on it but nothing! If you are in UK, avoid at all costs!

Not an ideal start due to an issue with the 10% off code removing free shipping, and my email to them went unanswered. However, to give them their due, they were very responsive on here and have sorted out the issue (and say they've tried to email me, though nothing ever came through).
Unfortunately when I finally got my order the mascara wand is broken so I can't actually use it... Which for over £20 is pretty disappointing

This is only my second time ordering and I won't be ordering again. The first order was perfect. The second order one of my pots of loose pigment arrived opened and the safety seal was missing. I emailed customer service and they asked for photos and how much of the product was missing. When I sent in the photos showing that nearly half of the product was gone I received a message back saying that they fill pots by weight and not to the top and that sometimes safety seals can shift in transit. I responded that the seal didn't just shift it was completely gone and the pot was open, I have not heard from them since.

Update: They offered me $15 off my next purchase while still claiming that no product was missing and that the safety seal came off in the lid. The safety seal was missing and the lid was not screwed on, I'm not dumb and know how to look under the lid for a safety seal. I will not be buying from them again since they seem to think receiving opened product is the same as a safety seal coming loose when you open it.

Update 2: They have finally agreed that the condition the product arrived in was not ok and offered me a replacement pot. Having to fight tooth and nail for the product you bought and paid for seems a bit ridiculous.

As a first time buyer of this indie brand, I am overly impressed with the product I received. I purchased the Guardians of the Lagoon palette and my god does it SHINE- both on and off the eyes.
Glitters are chunky yet creamy and easy to apply, mattes are packed with pigment. I did have a small chunk come out of one of the matte eyeshadows during delivery, to which I brought to the attention of the brand. I wasn’t overly concerned but the team were quick and easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating.
All in all, great experience and will be purchasing again!

I LOVE this mascara. It’s the right amount of sparkle and it doesn’t flake off or feel heavy at all. It’s absolutely lovely.

This makeup is the most phenomenal elemental makeup that I have ever found. It goes on perfectly stays on perfectly lights up everything it says it will light up. And it definitely endured a test of my night which includes humidity and a lot of dancing so I am very happy that I found this company.

Tried several colors, love the glittery toppers the best over my usual blue. I switch colors depending on how much I want the glitter to Pop in public.

I decided a few months back to try some new beauty products and so after seeing some ads for this company decided to give them a try. Products are wonderful and do what they said they would. I was kept up to date the whole way through. All questions were answered straight away and I was never left wondering. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered two mascaras and they are watery with very little pigment. When I reached out for a refund I sent the requested videos and went back in forth over several emails. Instead of a refund they wanted me to ship out of pocket to New Zealand and they will determine from there if it’s faulty. Horrible company. Don’t give them your money. Their product is cheap.
