The team was lovely and helpful when they noticed my parcel was lost in transit, responded quickly, were kind and diligent. And I can't wait for the replacements they sent with no charge, things gappen and they had been awesome about it. I got the Irridescent Wings palette, Jungle Mirage liner, and both the clear gel primer and black primer. All of these items have been phenomenal. The shadows are super pigmented, especially on the primers and the liner is silky smooth and long-lasting.

The black primer does a great job of making the multi-chrome shadows show different versions of their colour shifts. I have a festival this weekend and am so excited to play around and get different looks each day! I am so glad I got these!

The most stunning products for makeup maximalists and colour lovers! The quality of everything I’ve tried is amazing, and the palettes especially are mind blowing! The way they put together colour stories is incredible.

I had quite a lot of problems with the website recently, but customer service were responsive and helpful with their efforts to get my order through with a little extra they provided for my benefit, because of the issues. I appreciated that, though I wish there had been no issues in the first place of course. The products are fantastic - they do ship from China which I was surprised by, as I'm in Australia and they are meant to be a NZ based company (I believed this meant manufactured there), but despite this I will keep purchasing because of the product quality. The toppers I think are so-so, but the eyeshadows, lip glosses, and loose pigments are fantastic. Will definitely continue buying and can't wait to see how this brand grows in future!

Great products, the peach setting spray smells heavenly and the eyeshadow palette had such beautifully pigmented colors. Looking forward to playing with the chroma ink. They make really nice products and their customer service was fantastic. Definitely a customer for life!!

THE best pigments for guaranteed compliments! I have over 20 of their pigments, the hardest part of my make-up routine; choosing a shade! I haven't seen any reels give the product justice ~ they colour pay-off is SOOOO much better when you see it in person . It doesn't fade out, delivery has always been on-time, & quality is beyond my expectations. 1 of my must-haves is Silver Mirror, closely followed by Lemon Sorbet 😍. Loyal & returning customer always ✨️🫶

I ordered some eyeshadow and lip gloss from them and they are both so gorgeous and very pigmented. I get lots of compliments. Everyone at my high school reunion was asking me if I was a make-up artist. 🤩

Honestly I love mascaras and always wanted to see and have a shimmer mascara and it all came true by questionbeauty who introduced such a shimmery shades which I have never saw and the best part it's vegan and I love seeing something like this when I'm a vegetarian

I was skeptical about ordering from an ad on Facebook but I did and I ordered 3 mascaras and 2 lipgloss. Man im so glad I did, they all are very sparkly and beautiful! Ill definitely be ordering more stuff from Question Beauty in the future! This is a legit company to order from! Thank you bunches!

I have had a rather tumultuous time with this company, but when all is said and done, the biggest reason I am going to give them a good rating is that they handled some customer issues poorly, but I can see how it happened and they have made a concerted effort to improve. I will say..... merchandise is exquisitely good quality. Never s product problem ever

As for the mascara, it's dried out, I'm absolutely not happy with it and had to throw it away. As for the other products I bought like the lip gloss and tattoos, they are very nice and I'm happy with them.

Nowhere on the site does it say that the products are shipped from China which is really disappointing. You absolutely should state that it’s shipped from China.

The product took a while to arrive. It got stuck in customs.

And when it did it just seemed to be glitter that didn’t sit on your eye where you put it. Even with a primer. Within 10 minutes it was everywhere. It also made my eyes burn so I can’t even use it. I had to wash it off.

I LOVE my question beauty palettes! I display them for their beauty and use them for the pigment payoff. The shadows are amazing and easily blended. The customer service at QB is also top tier! I have nothing but great things to say about this product.

I've purchased now 2 of their eyeshadow palettes, and they are some of the best I've ever owned. They're so pigmented, buttery smooth and have beautiful sparkle and color shifting. A little goes a long way with them, and I look forward to each new drop to add to my collection.

5 stars is simply not enough! Every product meets and often exceeds expectations - I am nobody who wears makeup just going out on the weekends and was gifted chapter 1 and became absolutely obsessed - then the glitter mascara toppers and 2 more chapters - this is literally worth every penny I wouldnt have spent on an Instagram product - I'm telling you take this risk with this - you will not be disappointed!!

Last year I bought 4 multichrome pigments and the gel base and was thrilled with how beautiful they were! The colors are rich and it doesn't take much at all to cover. Every time I wear them I get a ton of compliments. Just recently I bought the black primer and the multichrome setting spray and they're both fantastic. I cannot wait to use the primer for eye looks. The spray stays really well and smells delicious. I had no issues with shipping, either. Definitely great products!

I absolutely love their products! I going to get one of every color! Their customer service is also outstanding! I highly recommend all of their products!
