OBSESSED would be an understatement. I have spent a, not so small, fortune on these products and I love every single one of them. I have all 4 of the palettes and there are ZERO repeat colors which is amazing. The shimmer sprays are truly water and sweat resistant. I live in SW FL, so it is hard to avoid moist skin sometimes. I have swam with the shimmer spray on and I come out looking like a shimmering mermaid 😂. I am super excited that they have US based warehousing now, however, my wallet might run for the hills. The products are truly lovely and a total self esteem boost. Thank you!!!

Absolutely lovely, I'm still thinking about the next thing I wanna get from here (prolly the body glitter)! The mascara not only ate, but DELIVERED. Beginner friendly for sure and pretty all around. It's EXACTLY how it's advertised (on my twin's life) :3

Will Buy Again
Like so many others, I've been served roughly 100 ads on Instagram for Question Beauty's eyeshadow pigments. I finally caved and got one of the glitter topper mascaras. After reading reviews on here, I was nervous. I got my package really fast, and I personally love the glitter topper. It did take me a few practice runs to figure out how to get it to work for me, though that was to be expected since I've never used anything like it before. I'm really pleased so far with Question and I plan to order again soon!

I have the Emerald waters mascara and honestly I'm obsessed. You have to put it ontop of regular mascara for the best effect, its only as bright as the pictures when the light catches it, but it's honestly really cute

Genuinely love the product and understand and the timing for shipping. My only complaint would be getting the mascara toppers to attach a little more easily with a slightly different brush.

Bronze mirage is everything I needed and more
Bronze mirage is a stunning,shiny, bold, and sexy lipgloss that didn’t make my lips dry or chapped. Pairs beautifully with red, brown, or black lip liner stunningly. The red to gold iridescent shimmer will for sure turn heads. I don’t at all have to question the beauty or quality of this gloss xo.

Cheap crap from China and you probably won’t receive it anyway
I placed an order in March. It became apparent pretty quickly that the order was lost in the mail. I contacted the company and they told me international shipping (aka their cheap products ship from China) can take a long time. Duh. I told them it was lost *after* it cleared customs. They asked me to wait a bit longer. This went on and on until nearly 2 months since the original purchase date had passed. Then they said it was clear the item was lost shortly after they shipped it. They said since they had shipped it, the problem was with the carrier and it was not their responsibility. They offered to ship another order out and I said I wanted a refund. They said it was against their policy because it isn’t their fault I don’t have the product, and they would not be offering me a refund.

Product was not as shown in picture. Company will put you through email after email asking you for same information over and over again. Asked if it was applied correctly at least four times. Blamed it on the lighting where I am. All I wanted was either another one (if this one was from a bad "batch") or a refund. No such thing. They did offer me $10.00 credit towards another one. Why would I buy another over priced mascara from some company if they do not send you what they advertise? The picture on their site was a beautiful deep red, shiny, sort of glittery. What I got was a matte finish almost black. So I'm out $36ish dollars for a scam product. Don't fall for it!

This shade is designed to have a deep black-to-red multichrome base, with the red shift and shimmer becoming most visible in direct light and when applied using the recommended technique. Because the finish can look very different depending on application and lighting, we provide a detailed tutorial on the product page to show how to achieve the advertised result.

Super pleased with my experience
I'm really surprised by some of the reviews on here because I've made two orders and had a really great experience. Both orders came really fast (about 5 days, I'm in the UK), I had an issue with the second order - my mixing medium leaked and I was left with basically no product :( but I emailed them and they replaced it super quick, no questions asked. Really pleased with the quality of all the items - I have a couple of loose pigments, a mascara topper, black primer and of course the mixing medium. These products have unlocked creativity with makeup that I have kept buried inside so I'm super excited!
My only disappointment? The use of AI in their auto response emails (which I really don't think is necessary!)

I would give zero stars if possible!!! this is not what they advertise and if you want a refund FORGET IT!!! they have been emailing me back and forth and are now telling me they want a video of me using it. i have emailed them several times and they still will not issue my refund. they play with you are are rude. the customer service is AWFUL. THIS IS A SPAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM> it also takes so long to come from china to the us. by the time it gets here and you try to return it they will play cat and mouse with you refusing to help

Stolen money
Ordered with them via their website for £70 worth of product. Never received confirmation or tracking so reached out to them via email 4 times over a month for more information and received no response. Eventually had to file a charge back with my bank because I never got the products or any response to my correspondence. Terrible service and terrible company.

I ordered a mascara on 12/15/25. Said it would be here before Christmas as it was part of a Christmas gift. It never came. I reached out to the company who confirmed it had been lost in transit and they were sending another. Okay being the holidays that happens fine. Wait a month again nothing arrives. Reach out again and ask for a refund at this point. They said they would contact me and sent another email saying I would get the mascara and a free gift. I again email I wanted a refund and have still received nothing. Buyer beware!! Terrible experience no product and no refund.
