Refunded me when they couldn’t do telemedicine
I am a foreigner visiting Sydney and contacted qoctor for an eye infection. The doctor said it was impossible to diagnose by telemedicine and required a doctor’s visit. They ended up refunding my money pretty quickly and easily because they could not actually diagnose me virtually. This left me with the impression that qoctor is a stand-up company and I would use them again for something that could be diagnosed over telemedicine. It was easy to book and the doctor seemed competent.

The doctor was very nice
The doctor was very nice. The only problem was you could only ask for one prescription. So it is very expensive to have an appointment and only get one prescription per visit.

The doctor was helpful and the script was easily collected via escript at a local chemist.
All sorted within half hour from registering to collecting the script in person.

No Alternative.
I live on the central coast of NSW. Frankly, after finding none of my local practitioners were not accepting new patients, short of going to an emergency ward, Qoctor was my only option.
Nobody intends to get sick at short notice and needing a medical certificate on the day you are is almost imposssible here.
