Speedy Service - Needs some technology improvement
I made a booking for a specialist referral, and got that referral ok. The video call came, up, I could see the Doctor and hear him, but he couldn't hear or see me. A bit frustrating. Qoctor should resolve this issue.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the actual phone hook up with the doctor but that is likely due to my unfamiliarity with the system.
The doctor was great, and the prescriptions easy to fill at the local rural pharmacy.

GP and Cardiologist mix up
Seeking a referral
Qoctor Doctor was pleasant but he got my GP and Cardiologist mixed up in the document, despite explicitly stating to whom the referral was required.
Contacted support to be informed the Doctor was extremely busy and may take a few days to amend the error.
I used the service because I was informed it was quick and convenient.
