They cost me $762 to waste my time
They stole $262 from me in cancellation fees and cost me $500 more to book last minute with another carrier.
The only reason for me "cancelling" was because they refused to provide me with the drop-off address.
If you try calling about an existing booking, the phone drops out. You can only get through when you call sales

I finally received my car after 2…
I finally received my car after 2 months, even though the committed timeframe was only 15–18 days.
During this period, I had to spend a significant amount on car rentals due to the delay. Unfortunately, the experience with customer service was extremely poor. There was a clear lack of communication, and even the manager, Moon, was highly unprofessional.
Overall, the team seemed disorganised and unsure of what they were doing.
I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for reliable and professional service, it’s best to choose another provider.

This is the worst company to deal with! It has taken 21 work days excluding weekends & public holidays to have my car freighted from Cairns to Brisbane! Whenever I called I have been giving conflicting information, told to ‘suck it up’, hung up on as I apparently went to the wrong extension, refused to let me speak to a manager, they misplaced my keys, when after 17 calls & 3 emails later the car arrived, it’s not surprisingly full of mold, absolutely filthy, has a flat tyre & the other tires look as though they were on a rally circuit!
The customer service is horrendous they just have a zero care factor! I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs!

Where do I start. If I could not give them a 0 star I would give them -100. Absolutely disgusted from start to finish. I will not even call them a Company because they do not deserve that title. Collected our vehicle from Proserpine Qld. I took photos of every panel of the car. Car tracker is useless. P&S logistics could not even locate our car at one stage and it wasn't until I threatened to report the car stolen they found they car. The car was collected 1 week late and arrived in Perth 2 weeks later than expected. If I could attach photos I would. The car has over $5,000 worth of damage. Is in getting repaired now. New roof because the assessor said that P&S lowered the top level of the truck onto the roof of our car. The bonnet is getting resprayed due to damage along with the side panel. The car is only 2 years old and so disappointing to see this happen as it was sent to my Son and needless to say he was extremely disheartened. P&S Logistics denied liability. 1st time-said that the damage was pre existing until I sent before photos through clearly showing no damage. Then they tried to say it was notified outside of the 24 hr notification period however they were closed so we could not directly contact them by phone. We tried but were closed so sent an email and they still refused liability. The Insurace company did their very best however P&S Logistics have once again gotten away with not accepting liability. They know that they will always get away with not accepting liability. Cunning as ever. ALL I CAN DO IS WARN OTHERS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND DO A CLASS ACTION. P&S NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND THEY SHOW NO RESPECT OR EMPATHY OR AN ABILITY TO DO THEIR JOB. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Extremely poor experience with Emu Car Carriers and P&S Logistics.
A car transport from Brisbane to Melbourne took 28 days, which is far beyond acceptable. What’s worse is that I was repeatedly told delays were due to “road closures,” which appears to be a generic excuse rather than the real reason — especially since other customers have reported hearing the same thing.
Communication was terrible. I had to chase them for updates, and nothing was clear or reliable.
This experience showed a lack of professionalism, accountability, and transparency.

Both my vehicles arrived a day early at each location and in the exact condition they left in. When I enquired regarding dates and times the information was provided to me.
I have in the last month had two vehicles transported with PS Logistics. One brand new from BNE to SYD and an older vehicle SYD to BNE. On reading the poor reviews here I was a little concerned. However I personally had a good experience so felt the need to write a review that reflected this. I hope it helps others who need vehicle transport.

Giving a one star is being generous, They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. The lack of communication compassion understanding is beyond horrendous The number of times they’ve changed the date of delivery. My car sat in early Airlie Beach for three weeks then sat in Brisbane for another two weeks. I still haven’t got my car even tho it was supposed to be here months ago. Now they’re trying to charge us more money to get it here after already paying thousands. They didn’t pass on any of my emails or details to the driver on how to use or operate my vehicle. The tracking system doesn’t work which I think they do that on purpose. I’m going to consumer affairs because this has been the most stressful thing having to deal with this company and they should be shut down and nothing worse than having to deal with the customer service that I just telemarketers all the way over in a different country and have No sympathy or understanding of the frustrations that they’ve caused. it has scarred me and I will never use this company again nor I ever put my car on any transport company again. I’d rather have just driven it all the way over to W.A. from Queensland.

Do not use. Gave a delivery time of 5-10 business days. It was 23 business days in the end. The car sat in Adelaide for over three weeks with no communication. The tracker didn't work and when I called there was limited to no information where the car even was. For the minimal amount cheaper they were, I regret using them.

I booked P&S Logistics Transport Service to transport my car on the 8th of February, but the vehicle was only delivered almost a month later on the 6th of March. Throughout this period, communication was very poor. I only received updates when I called them myself, and even then, different agents provided conflicting information about when the car would actually be delivered.
While their pricing is cheaper compared to other transport companies, the delay and lack of reliable communication made the experience frustrating. Personally, I would rather pay a bit more for a company that provides clearer communication and delivers on the agreed schedule.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend their service.

Your vehicle is still here, so I emailed P&S cancelling and we flew to Townsville to pick up our vehicle costing over$1000 in fares
am speaking to someone at P&S saying they cannot give me a refund as the vehicle is in transit in Brisbane

Darwin to Perth with estimate of 10-15 days. 19 days after leaving my car I recieved an email to ask me to fill out a 'declaration of goods' form 'asap' so that it could leave Darwin and then was a total of 43 days before I finally collected my car after many unanswered phone calls, hours on hold and no tracking information available. I finally found out on a Thursday that it was in Perth depot (who knows for how long) and never received any communications about collecting it. By the following Monday I was again calling to beg them to pick up my car and then pick up process difficult as it's an unmarked street with cars out behind a construction site which require you to call and wait for someone to drive you out to it. Husband's campervan took 41 days and was on the same truck. We paid for this to be delivered to our house but they never contacted us so went to collect ourselves and had to hire a ute to tow and then ask to be reimbursed for the extra delivery cost- 'will take up to 1 month to process the refund'...still waiting on this and would NEVER use this company again. Worst communication ever experienced and lack of answers.

We paid for 6–10 day delivery, and it has now been 20 days with no update on where our car is. There is no tracking available, and communication has been almost nonexistent. When we are able to reach someone by phone, the customer service is rude and unwilling to provide anything in writing. Our emails go unanswered. We still have no idea where our vehicle is. Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Made a booking on 29/12/25 for a broken-down car near Bega, 600km from Melbourne. The collection date was requested as 08/01 or 09/01/26. We have subsequently been advised that collection is typically about 8 days from the chosen date - apparently our misunderstanding. No service whatsoever provided for a month after 5-7 follow up calls/emails. 09/01/25 "Currently once the driver is allocated, the vehicle can be picked up by next week." Different operator who was contacted in same week, knew nothing about pick up. Then on 16/01/25 "The delay has been caused due to the unavailability of a suitable truck for your vehicle."
27/01/26 "Kindly note that, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, a cancellation fee of $250 will apply to your booking". One needs to be aware that this business rating is less than 1.3 stars, as you cannot provide 0 rating on this platform, something to consider - they are as close to zero as you can get! in the end, I was able to organise with Gipsland Towing for $500 extra (1.5 business day delivery even with Australia day long weekend!), but when you consider you will lose $250 with these fraudsters, then it's worth any other alternative. Also note that they have a online feature where you can leave a live chat note against the quote, except your message goes nowhere as they had no record of my note. Deal with these jokers at your own peril!

The company does not deliver your car when promised, often weeks later. I had to cancel my booking and fly to Darwin to get it myself, and they have refused to refund my money despite them not doing anything. The lady on the phone is rude and will often hang up on you when you make a complaint. They do not return your phone calls or emails and claim that the Manager is unavailable. They introduce NEW conditions as to why you can't get a refund. They will try to confuse you with "working days" as to why they have not delivered, and also that everything that they quote is a "ESTIMATED TIME FRAME ONLY" This company is run by thieves, liars and people that you simply can not trust or believe a word they say. STAY AWAY!!!

Requested the return of the money $831 they said 15 to 20 days because he canceled the delivery they want to charge him $250 .
