It baffles me how this company achieved a 2 star rating. I strongly recommend using a different company. They are shonky as and I can not believe they are allowed to operate in Australia.

Called them for the status of where the car is. Customer service on the line said the car is on the way in the truck but I can see in the tracking device that my car has not left yet. When I said I can see the car still there he hang up, so rude!!!!!!!!!
Liar of a company. Emu car, once booked and paid, the email and T&C was sent from P&S. It is a big red flag when that you see that. They are really just a untrustworthy company trying to cover up by hiding behind different names. Didn't pick up my car on schedule date and time and when called, no one answer the mobile or the office.
Would get less than 1 star if possible.
Will not answer calls and have not collected the car after 11 days. Still waiting for the business to refund the money that I paid upfront
Poor communication throughout. Car was delivered however front plastic cover of headlight was missing. Photo was taken on pickup. Claim was made for replacement however emu refused, showing photos of the car on delivery. Suspect damage or theft was accomplished in three days between delivery at depot and pickup. Cheapest quote - Now I know why.
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with P & S Logistics/ Emu Car Carriers, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. My car was transported through their service, and upon arrival, I discovered significant water damage to the interior. This was absolutely unacceptable. When I reached out to them to file a claim and seek compensation, they completely ignored my concerns and did nothing to take responsibility.
Not only did they fail to acknowledge the damage, but their customer service was entirely unhelpful. It felt as though they were trying to wash their hands of the entire situation. There was zero effort on their part to resolve the issue or even offer an apology. Water damage can be extensive and costly to repair, yet P & S Logistics acted as if it was no big deal.
If you care about your property and want a company that values customer satisfaction, do NOT choose P & S Logistics. Their lack of accountability and utter disregard for customer complaints makes them one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away unless you’re willing to risk your car and receive zero support when things go wrong.
Car booked on 16/12 for Sydney to Perth transport. Collected by contractor on 19/12. Promised delivery to Perth by 3-Jan. After 5 emails and numerous phone calls (unanswered) I have reported both the initial person/driver who collected vehicle from the dealer, Emu Car Carriers and their sister company P&S Logistics to the NSW police department reporting the car as stolen. Do NOT use the folks - recommend Auto Care instead. ** Update telephone has recorded message saying staff back on 3rd Jan 2023. No responses. Even the guy on the ground in Perth depot has no idea when trucks are arriving. ** D
