The itinerary was great but the kids…
The itinerary was great but the kids had to share a bed! I was under the impression as a parent that they would be sharing a room but not a bed. We paid a lot of money for the accommodations they received. Additionally they weren't give the opportunity to get airline miles for their trip.

We are always happy to accommodate the rooming prefences of our clients upon request, it is standard for trips with multiple occupancy rooming to have students sharing beds.
For future trips, please don't hesitate to inquire about rooming.
With regards to the airline miles, since it is a group booking, it may not always be possible to collect miles. We recommend verifying this upon check-in at the airport.

The itinerary was amazing
The itinerary was amazing! Ivan (our guide) and Gustavo (our driver) were fantastic. Ivan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us on time for all of our events and filled our brains with lots of information. Gustavo was able to fit that big bus into the tightest of places when necessary. We loved the entire trip!!!

4 in one bedroom
4 in one bedroom, one bathroom is not ok at all. made the whole trip uncomfortable, considering the cost of the trip, this wasn’t acceptable.

We're sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced due to the accommodations. Your feedback is valuable, and we understand how important it is to have adequate space and amenities, especially when traveling.
Trip inclusions and accommodation description is clearly stipulated on the brochure. Most tours include multiple occupency accommodation (3 to 4 students per room based on gender) as an industry standard.
Prométour also offers rooming options for twin and single accommodation which all customers can select at the time of registration.

I LOVED our tour guide Fabian
I LOVED our tour guide Fabian, however, I felt like the meal planning could have been better. Every night we had an hour-2 hours where we just sat in our hotel waiting for our dinner reservation. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Top notch tour guide and Bus driver!
Our tour guide Ivan made our trip memorable, he was kind, funny, and structured. Everything ran so smooth and we were given an abundance of information that made the trip an amazing experience. Our bus driver Gustavo was also just as amazing, he kept us safe and on time with a smile.

Our tour guy Marc was as good as you possibly could ask for! By the end of the trip he felt like family and he was 100% of the time thinking and making sure everything was perfectly set for our trip would never or could imagine ever doing this trip with anybody else or with another company!

Mark, our tour guide was wonderful from start to finish! Most of the events were great. The dinner on the first night was not great however. I would not recommend that again.
I was disappointed in how much the Carnaval activities have been scaled back. So next time I think we would definitely need less time there. Mark was great to make suggestions when we had to make changes to our itinerary based on the weather.

Kathleen was phenomenal
Kathleen was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to accommodate our groups’ needs and interests! The restaurants were delicious & so well organized. The experience for our girls was wonderful and the highlight was meeting their pen pals.
Paul, our driver, was the absolute best! He was careful, helpful, entertaining, cheerful, and caring. We all have wonderful memories of singing, playing music, and learning with Paul.
