I live in Israel and recently hosted friends from Hungary who were visiting for their first trip here. I arranged a private Bethlehem, Jericho and Jordan River tour with Elijah Tours for them, and they came back absolutely delighted.

Everything was very well organized, from the pick-up in the morning to the return in the evening. Their guide was knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and gave them lots of interesting historical and religious background throughout the day.

I especially appreciated that the tour could be tailored to the places that were important to them. Bethlehem and Qasr al-Yahud were particularly meaningful for them, and they had plenty of time to enjoy the sites without feeling rushed.

A special thank you as well to the person who was handling my many slightly worried WhatsApp messages before the tour! They were always helpful, responsive and patient, which made arranging everything from my side so much easier.

As someone living here, I would definitely recommend Elijah Tours to friends visiting Israel. It made arranging a special day for my guests very easy, and most importantly, they came home with a fantastic experience and great memories.

We had the most wonderful trip. I would recommend this company to anybody who would like to go on a tour of the holy land. Jerusalem Nazareth, Bethlehem in Palestine and Jericho. We enjoyed. all of these places.

Great tour to Bethlehem

Every bit of this tour was INCREDIBLE. Elijah was extremely knowledgeable and also had a great sense of humor. It was a Sunday, one of the busiest days at The Church of the Nativity, and he was still able to arrange the opportunity for us to go to the Grotto and touch the very spot of Jesus’ birth. Elijah also took us all around Bethlehem, even buying us some delicious pastries from his favorite bakery. This was an OUTSTANDING tour that I hope many others have the chance to take. Thank you for the AMAZING memories, Elijah!!

Morethan my expectation. I’m greatful for the patience and generosity of Mr. Elijah, Mr. George? (not sure his name) and to baba Ziad. Even Had a free cold coffee, bread and falafel. Birth grotto and mt. of temptation is the highlight of this tour.

We took the small group Bethlehem and Dead Sea tour from Jerusalem and really enjoyed it. Our guide was wonderful and the Church of the Nativity was beautiful. Our guide even arranged to show us the star where Jesus was born and that was very special because it was Sunday and usually not accessible on that day. Our drivers were also great and showed us some incredible sites. We had so much fun floating and mudding ourselves in the Dead Sea. I recommend this tour!

It was a great experience with Elijah to visit Bethlehem. He is very respectful, kind, knowledgeable and the tour was well organised. We would recommend to anyone interested.
