over the course of my trip i had stomach issues. my teachers and parents worked to get me to a local hospital. our tour guide did an outstanding job helping me, and my teachers, throughout this event. he got up and drove to the hotel very early in the morning, made many phone calls while locating the closest, and quickest, ER option, he came with us in the taxi to the ER, he went out of his way to come inside of the hospital and stay with us until we were checked in. the guide even paid the hospital bill up-front. he then made sure we had safe accommodations back to our hotel and even scheduled air-flights (back home) for my parents. the guide on our trip went above and beyond for me. i was extremely grateful to have a guide like him on my trip.

We didn’t have time to eat food and barely any time at the carnival. We needed an extra day or at least less tours or less tour time because we weren’t able to eat

It was a great trip… would have given it 5 but it was a little overpacked with guided tours in Oaris. Would have appreciated more downtime in Paris to explore and shop
(and sleep).

The trip in Rome did not start out well being mugged on the metro the first night. After a day to recover and to shut down all my credit cards, I was able to enjoy the beauty of Assisi, Sienna, Florence, and Sicily. My favorite was the Amalfi Coast. The guides were great!

We had a large group of 32 students and Prometour gave us an unforgettable experience! Our accommodations were superb and the meals delicious - and plentiful! Our Tour Guide, Sabri, was unbelievably amazing - from start to finish he helped us through all countries and situations, was flexible when we needed to be, was very knowledgeable about the places we visited, and was all-around top notch! We are already looking forward to planning our next trip in 2025 and hopefully we can request Sabri again!

Prometour gave us flexibility in planning our trip to include unique experiences (Viennese Waltz lessons and a trip to ice caves in the Alps) that ended up being the highlights of our trip. Our guide was excellent and able to help us navigate unexpected issues or needs in the moment. He became a part of our group, joining in with jokes, singing and generally helping us make the experience the best possible for our students.

Prométour provided flexible support and guidance from beginning to end. Jennifer Page came up with a great basic itinerary, but there was enough flexibility to allow me to incorporate a trip to Rouen where my students were able to meet their French penpals in person. Diane seamlessly took the baton from Jennifer to provide ongoing support. Our guide, Fatima, and our bus driver, Olivier, were absolutely fantastic. There was even someone to help us with ticketing at the airport! With the exception of one hotel that was OK (but not great), the rest of the hotels were clean and comfortable with generous breakfasts. I will definitely use Prométour for my future trips.

For the last 25 years I have been using Prométour for our school trips and this most recent one (38 people to Paris and Nice) was no different from all the others: top-notch. Much effort went into the preparation of the final itinerary, and the adjustments we made once there were smooth and well-executed. I cannot understate the amazing experiences we have had all of these years. Of course, nothing is perfect, but it's easy for me to round up to 5 stars!

Great experience. Our guides were fantastic and very patient. We were a large group. The only miss, we did not have tickets to certain events and experiences we had asked for.

We went to Paris & Barcelona with a group of 45 from our school. This was during spring (Easter) break, and these cities were (post covid) innondated with travelers from around the world. Since this seemed to me to be a peak season visiting extremely popular places at a time when the French were having serious regular strikes, I was very afraid of flight or train cancelations. Thanks to God and to Prometour, everything went super smoothly. Our tour guide was a miracle worker and stayed with us from the time we landed in Paris to the time we left Barcelona to return to Philadelphia.
The hotels were very good, and the hotel breakfasts were fantastic! The meals that we had for dinner for the most part, were not bad, and a few quite good. It's hard for restaurants to accommadate such large groups. Our travelers had free time to shop which they also fully enjoyed. Nobody was robbed or pickpocketed. We used the subways and loved the TGV train experience from Paris to Barcelona.
Unfortunately, due to the peak season and crowds, a few of the places we wanted to visit were not available to us. Overall, I would rate this experience a 4.5 out of 5.

Based on my child’s recent experience to France ( Paris ), I wouldn’t rate when it came to food, since I’m a chef and my children are spoiled when it comes to that.
One thing that did concerned me quite a bit, it was the fact my child showed me a picture from the hotel room they stayed.
Where, right next to his bed and his roommate it was a huge spot of BLACK MOLD with a peeling wall. That’s a huuuuuge no no.
You don’t put people in a place like that. You never know what kind health issues one could have or even develop from black mold.
Cleanliness is major for us and these should be checked prior to.

We went to Costa Rica for Spring break in April 2023. Our host families were great, so nice and the food was really good. The trips we took were interesting and culturally enlightening. The tour guide and bus driver (Carlos and Cali) were the best part of the trip.
