I love the programme
I love the programme, and the food is of a good standard. Very clear instructions and informative and well written information booklet. I’ve lost two kilos which means a lot to me. The only small grumble I have is that the package took quite long to get here after I’d ordered it. Other than that, it was excellent. And I have just ordered another package for next month.

Good protein source
The Prolon protein shake has a good taste and it fills you full for a least 3 hours. However, I am a bit concerned about the vitamins, which have been added to the shake and I wonder if these vitamins are natural ones or synthetic. Since I take different supplements on a daily basis I would prefer to buy a shake without extra added vitamins.

The quality simply plummeted
I had high expectations for this program, as it's touted as a premium, all-in-one solution for nutrition. However, my second round with it left me thoroughly disappointed. The nutrition bars were dry and crumbly, and the soups were bland and completely lacking in salt. It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality from a product that promises so much. Not sure I'll go for a third round as recommended...

Does what it says on the tin.
Tried the 5-day box set. A bit pricey, but got me a significant reduction in calorie intake without any drop in energy levels. Exercised 3 of the 5 days without issue. Happy when the 5th day was up but glad I did it and will do it again.

This was more of a learning thing about my self then even fasting.

The soups are still not that tasteful. I had variation 3. This was better than 2 , but still not that enjoyable. Extra recipes to make before and after the fasting would be helpful.

Sono alla mia quarta esperienza con il Kit mima digiuno. Ho provato la nuova versione e le zuppe sono veramente buone, dicesamente un upgrade (manca la borraccia ma viva il plastic free ottima scelta). Risultato nelle previsioni. Personalmente l'ho testato facendo anche attività fisica ( che viene sconsigliata) ma avevo necessità di provare a correre in fase di digiuno prolungato: in 5 giorni 3 corse da 40 min a ritmo blando senza aver particolari difficoltà.

High quality products, excellent tastes and flavors. Sense that all details have been carefully taken care of. You learn to enjoy what you eat.
The negative point is the packaging. Still too much plastic going directly to the bin.

Ça me convient tt à fait
Je trouve le programme très bien. Je m'attendais à ne pas aimer le contenu des repas comme cela ressemble un peu à de la nourriture pour astronaute de prime abord mais en fait c'est assez bon ! Jaime le fait qu'il y ait des pois entiers ou des lentilles dans certaines soupes. Ça donne l'impression de manger qqchose de plus consistant qu'une simple soupe. Les olives et l'huile d'olive sont vraiment bonnes ! Je n'aime pas trop la boisson et le shake mais c'est personnel, je n'aime pas cela en général.
Les barres ne sont pas délicieuses mais tt à fait OK.
J'ai adoré les crackers !
C'est vraiment bien pensé et pratique. Cela me convient beaucoup plus qu'un jeûne complet car je n'ai pas besoin de perdre bcp de poids et que c'est trop difficile pour moi de ne rien manger, ça me déprime. Donc ici, garder un rythme de repas, cela me convient bcp plus.
Je pense refaire le programme 1 semaine pdt 3 mois et ensuite une ou deux fois par an.
En plus... 5 jours ça passe vite. Et c'est agréable de ne pas devoir réfléchir au repas pdt qqs jours :)
